Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean, modern room. Good location. If I’m going to complain about one thing, it was poor lighting in the bathroom for grooming, but no big deal! Recommend.

Very friendly staff who were always happy to help and cheeful. Good location if looking for somewhere quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. I had suite sea view room and had lovely view of sea.Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Jometien area of Pattaya. I stayed here for 17 nights and couldn't falt hotel at all. Will be booking again at next visit.

Ok stay

Booked a pool access room with Jacuzzi tub. Room clean bed comfortable. Pool access room should have designated pool lounges outside of door as there were people constantly there. Also no shower which is odd only the jacuzzi tub. Pool open until 10 pm so if you want peace and quite before then it won't happen. The staff friendly. Maybe another room with a balcony would be better experience? The breakfast was not very good , food cold and quite plain tasting.

The staff at this property was great. They were all extremely helpful and provided great customer service. As far at the property, it offered great amenities like breakfast. The breakfast was okay for Thailand. I have had better ones there. There was a sauna and a pool. You have to pay to use the sauna. We had a couple of issues in the room we were in. We had ants for the first few days and a smell of sewage or sulfur in one of the bathrooms. The pool bar had some good food and the property was a short walk to beach, shops, and restaurants.

Like: walking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Staff friendly and helpful. Dislike: room was not soundproof. Could near neighbours talking, couching etc and music from venues outside. Limited space to put away clothes. Lived out of a suitcase for 14 days. Breakfast was limited in options if you did not eat meat. Had different egg dishes - boiled, fried, scrambled and omelette but eggs everyday was not much fun, had salad option - cucumber, tomato, onion and lettuce. Fruit - melon and pineapple. For the price could of had better options at local restaurants. I have been to 3 and 4 star hotels in Thailand and would not consider this 4 star, especially having to live out of a suitcase and no lighting in the dressing area.
