Still a work in progress, buildings brand new, but for the price well worth the stay. Clean rooms nice staff and more quiet and relaxed everything is accessible within 10 - 20 minutes, but just a nice quiet hotel

Just mediocre

Very limited English speaking staff. No chest of drawers to store clothes. Had to leave the suitcase on the spare bed open and pick out clothes from there. No chairs on the balcony. The lamp bedside didn’t work, return it to the front desk and it never got returned after 5 days there. No yoghurt and the breakfast was more catered to Asian clients. Very low lighting in the washroom. Just a few hangers in the closet. The room was clean

Not for western vacationers

The hotel is cold and the furniture in the lobby is in very poor condition. The bed is a mattress on a frame, is very low to the floor and is very uncomfortable. There is no box spring. The tv in the room was broken and when we called they suggested that someone would be up right away. Six days later and no one came. The bathroom faucet was so far from the sink that when one would brush their teeth, the counter would flood. The cleaning staff were very friendly and one person at the front desk was. All others appeared disgruntled and unhappy. There were at least 6 people working in the breakfast area who literally stared at us, waiting to finish. They would remove one thing at a time at our table when we were barely starting to eat. There were omelettes, eggs, bread, cornflakes and limited fruit options for western people. We stayed for 6 nights and nothing changed yet when an Indian tour bus showed up, they got special food. We did ask for pineapple and that was provided on our second day. So overall, this place gave off a very unwelcoming vibe and it was not what we expected. At this time on our trip we had already visited 6 other hotels and none were like this. I am fairly open minded but I would not recommend this place to western travellers.

Es geht um das Tsix5 Quarter Ja das Zimmer 4015 wirkte vernachlässigt. Es gab erheblich Kratzer und Abschürfungen an den Wänden. Im Badezimmer funktionierte eine Lampe (die in der Mitte und somit die hellster) nicht. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln und kühlte immer auf 18Grad herunter, ich wollte aber gern 26Grad. Es kam ein Techniker und reparierte die Badezimmer Lampe aber die Klimaanlage konnte er nicht reparieren und auch der Zimmerservice brachte die Klimaanlage nicht dauerhaft auf 26 Grad. Hätte ich die Klimaanlage angelassen wäre das Zimmer wie ein Kühlschrank gewesen. Also blieb die Klimaanlage die meiste Zeit ausgeschaltet. Die Zimmertüren sind nicht Schalldicht und lassen sich nicht leise schließen. Daher gibt es erhebliche Belästigungen durch Geräusche im Flur. Dafür das man ein 5* Hotel sein will war das Zimmer bestenfalls 3*. Der Rest vom Hotel war wie erwartet. Nur das Zimmer nicht. Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, in diesem Hotel aber auch in anderen, wenn man als Einzelreisender für nur 1-2 Nächte bleibt kann es auch ruhig mal das schlechteste Zimmer sein. Dieses Hotel ist keine Weiterempfehlung wert.

No one there to geet me.

When I arrived at the hotel reception, there was no one in sight. I waited 15 minutes, then walked around to the TSix5 (sister) hotel where they told me I'd been 'upgraded' to the Phenominal. The staff at the Phenominal were very welcoming, but the hotel itself was just OK and I thought a bit bland. I preferred the room at the TSix5 where I stayed a few months ago. Overall, it was acceptable, but I must say I was very disappointed that there was no-one, no information or no explanation at the TSix5 Quarter to tell me that the hotel was 'out-of-action' for some reason. If I wasn't already familiar with the sister hotel (and so knew where to ask), I would have been quite upset and alarmed at the lack of consideration for a guest who had already paid in full.

Staff is very good. Mate is nice. Location is easy to find. Shuttle car service for The Zign and Tsix5 1st phase is ready to serve. Brush and tooth brush are not prepared. No air condition on walk way on a 7th floor, not sure for other floor.

나클루아 지역에 위치... 진리의 성전과 가까움... 주변에 식당, 편의점, 맛사지샾등이 있어 불편하지 않음... 수영장이 작고, 햇빛을 가릴수 있는 부분이 없어서 이용하는데 불편함... 전반적이 호텔 컨디션은 최고급에 가까움.. 한국, 중국 단체 관광객이 많아서 로비가 시끄러움.. (가끔 복도도...) 담배를 피는 곳은 호텔로비입구 옆... 오직 그곳에서만... 흡연자들은 굉장히 많이 엄청 불편함...
