Overall a nice place to stay for the price. There really isn't much of a fitness room just a bench and some dumbbells. Convince stores ,restaurants, etc just a short walk away very convenient. Staff was nice, housekeeping gets your room cleaned fast. Building is a little old but I enjoyed my stay.

Room for improvement

I thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.

When I booked the property, I didn't know what to expect, and when I got there I was blown away. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. We had not one, but TWO balconies. One had a drying rack for our towels, bathing suits, etc, which was a really nice touch. Then the bed had a beautiful canopy, and the color scheme and art work everywhere really helped bring it all together. They gave us slippers, which helped avoid tracking in sand. The bathroom had a massive waterfall shower. I'm not sure about other rooms, but unfortunately our waterfall was a bit more like a trickle. Not a deal breaker, but something that could have been improved. Their toilet paper also left much to be desired, but if those are my only complaints, I'd say they're doing a pretty good job. In addition to the room being amazing, their breakfast is not something you'll want to miss. There are 3 buffet tables, an assortment of drinks and coffees, and the variety of options each day was welcomed. We tried to make breakfast every morning. We went in their pool one afternoon and wished we had time to stay there longer. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The fact we found such a lovely place right on the main strip for such a low price still boggles my mind. If we could go back, we would choose this place in a heartbeat. I sincerely think you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was okay, and overall we had a nice experience. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning the room every day and replenishing everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was one of the security staff members. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was not very tall and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I knew his name so I could mention him personally because he provides amazing service. He is working today. Every time we saw him, he would ask if we were okay and always went the extra mile whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His kindness and dedication made a positive difference to our stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to this wonderful security staff member for his exceptional service.
