Unfortunately this hotel is NOT as close to Walking street as indicated. Google maps has it a lot further, plus 22 minute walk, not 12 as Expedia claims! You can’t walk there. The price was great, pool was great. The room was ok. I don’t need breakfast, but it would be nice if we could get a cup of fresh coffee down stairs in the morning

The rooms were clean and a good size,The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable.
We also paid for a breakfast which was bland and very little selection of fruits or pastries and tou had to be quick to beat the busloads of other people or you were left with scraps.
One last note ,I would have used the pool but it was slowly turning green

The staff are THE best! You'd be hard-pressed to find a more congenial, caring and generous host than Fabrice, and his staff couldn't be sweeter and more helpful. They really make you feel at home, and I should know, because I chose to stay there for three and a half weeks. It was very clean and quiet. Of course, I was on the 8th floor. The street noise may be a bit louder down below. It's a little removed from the busy tourist areas, which to me was great. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, very reasonably priced, not plagued with crowds of tourists, Kann Pattaya Hotel is the place for you. If you're into the bar, restaurant and beach scene, all you have to do is hop on a motorbike taxi (they're right outside the door) for the short, fun ride to the busy streets. Also, Fabrice's wife runs the massage business right across the street, and you won't find a better massage.

About 30 meters directly behind the hotel is a little restaurant that's maybe 200sq ft outside and what appears to be a beauty salon inside, and it's run by a husband, wife and their 7 year old daughter. They could not have been nicer people, and it's hands down the brst food I've had in Thailand. I won't even mentiin the price 'cause you won't believe me. At Kann, the manager (at least I think he's the manager) Fabrice was really cool and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

This is not hotel, this is a nightmare. Hallways dirty, your balcony gets full of water when you take a shower, you lucky if you get your room clean, water in shower slowly drip, disgusting breakfast, just a horrible, horrible hotel. Booked for 5 days left after 3 days
