"Disappointed. For a premium stay, the service was budget-tier. There is a major lack of communication here: they brought the wrong HDMI cable, and then questioned us at checkout about where it was because the staff hadn't tracked that we’d already returned it. To top it off, I was interrupted mid-conversation while eating on the 33rd floor to be told flip-flops weren't allowed—despite zero signage. For this price, I expect much higher standards and basic coordination."
