Everything was wonderful here. Very clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed and I enjoyed the rainfall shower. The staff were amazing! Anything I asked about was explained and looked after. Breakfast each morning was very good. There is a gym that is well cooled.

One night solo stay

Booked a one night stay for Burapa motorbike event - this is a bit out of main town but I chose for this reason - firstly, bery friendly and efficient staff, great rooms, good pool and breakfast - would recommend and would stay again

I originally booked a 2-night stay at the Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya but ended up extending it to 11 days — and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Pattaya. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. The reception, restaurant, pool, lobbies, and rooms are all spotless and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room well equipped, and the shower excellent. It’s located in North Pattaya, which is much quieter than some of the busier areas but still just a short ride or walk from the beach, bars, and main attractions — a great balance of peace and convenience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single team member I encountered was amazing — friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their hospitality is among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, and certainly the best I’ve found in Thailand. One final note to fellow travellers: I saw a few guests being unnecessarily rude to staff, yet the team remained patient and professional throughout. Please remember — treat others as you’d like to be treated. A little respect, good manners, and courtesy cost nothing, but they make all the difference.

A pleasant stay

Everything was very clean and new looking. The room featured a small fridge, safe, shower, large TV, USB charging points by bedside, TV/Coffee, 2 x free bottles of water per day, air conditioning, shower. Unfortunately I had some noisy Chinese youngsters next door who thought it was acceptable to shout/party/laugh loudly at 3:30am. The reception desk moved me to another room on complaint the next day. Breakfast was ok with the basics plus Chinese food. There was a coffee shop available in reception. The hotel was a bit out of the way for the the main Pattaya action but this was chosen to avoid the late night noise. It was within walking distance of the bus garage. The tuk tuks waiting outside are not the 10 Baht ride type. None of them wanted to know for 10 Baht. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Clientel were mostly Chinese. A 7/11 was within walking distance. Terminal 21 also close by featuring a great food court (Pier 21 is good).

if you value your lungs.. stay away from this place. it is now february..i stayed here in late january and the aircon had an awful smell. Now i am seeing a pulmunologist due to the fungal spores from their mold ridden aircon. Avoid..avoid..avoid.

The worst stay during our 2 weeks trip around Thailand. The property itself is in top condition, but sound insulation is poor. No minibar in the room It is full of Chinese guests with no manners and respect to others, who were talking, puking, spitting and coughing extremely loud throughout the entire night. We booked this property because it is further away from the walking street and we wanted to get some rest, but that was a huge miscalculation from our side

飯店旁邊就有7-11可以買東西，整體飯店算乾淨，但似乎打掃完水也不會再另外補，然後我住的時間沒有提供免洗牙膏牙刷可能是忘記放了，飯店比較精美小巧那種，樓層都不高，我看評價說早餐好吃所以加購了早餐，確實還可以也不太貴，有現場烹飪，荷包蛋，歐姆蛋，湯麵、咖啡，酒店離21商場、蒂芬妮人妖秀、酒吧步行街、6巷酒吧，大概都車程10分鐘而已，去水上市場大概就要20多分鐘。
浴室是有簾子可以遮蔽不是全透明的啦～
