Good size, excellent location, cheerful member of staff. The main door of my room was a bit harsh making too much noise when closing. Also there was a little leekage from the shower screen. No major issues. Happy to stay again.

Nice surroundings like the pool. The condominium portion of the hotel is fine. Slightly shoddy build quality. Bathroom door doesn’t close but it’s a single room so it doesn’t matter. It’s difficult to find. Staff at the actual hotel location need to direct you to a side alleyway to get to the condo version of the hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly overall.

This hotel has changed owners, name, entrance door

Not the hotel I expected. I know Pattaya well and the pin drop location was the hotel I expected to stay in that I have in the past. Appears the owners had Financial difficulty’s according to the court papers posted on the boarded front entrance. The place we stayed in was at the rear of the unit with entrance down a narrow road. A car could not get to the hotel door so you have to walk 50 meters with baggage. This property houses the local synagogue on the 2nd floor and so has a regular police presence in the lobby. That said rooms fine but no view and no balcony I was expecting from the pictures and previous stays. Would not say the price we paid was reflected in the accommodation we got. Plus points location is right in the thick of things and staff were nice and helpful

after many stays in Pattaya, I'd have to say this was the most disappointing. The foyer smelt of rotten seafood our whole stay (6 days) and the pool area has been neglected badly

The address was difficult to find because of this hotel's extremely close proximity to Centara Azure Hotel (I believe Google Maps even guides people to that location when they are searching for the address to Centra by Centara Avenue). Overall, Centra Hotel was nice; however, the hot tub next to the swimming pool did not work, and my bathroom sink had a small drip and/or leak that I could not locate (at the end of the day the towel on the bathroom floor would be wet from soaking up the water). When I first arrived, the TV's speakers were not working and the staff replaced the entire TV in less than 10 minutes. The hotel service was nice and the bed was very comfortable (it felt like a Sealy Posturepedic mattress).

Cette Hôtel a une particularité, il héberge un lieu de culte, ce qui ai surprenant, le petit déjeuner est servi au même endroit que le lieu de culte à des heures de prière et recueillement, nous avons donc pris que 2 fois la collation proposé car cela était très gênant de ce retrouver au milieu de ces pratiquant . La piscine petite et il n’y a que 4 transats le jacuzzi était en panne pendant nos 13 jours de séjour la salle de sport sale est équipements vétuste, prix élevé pour les prestations fournies, hôtels mal isolés du bruit de la vie nocturne jusqu’à 3 heures du matin musique du L’as Vegas qui est à quelques mètres je déconseille !!!!

Täydellinen uima-allas ja hyvä sauna

Keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen sijainti. Ok uima-allas ja sauna katolla, mutta kannattaa käyttää viereisen condon loistavaa allasta, joka on yli 50 metriä pitkä ja mahdollistaa oikeasti kunnon uimisen. Siellä on myös hyvä sauna. Siisteys kiitettävällä tasolla, samoin henkilökunnan englanti. Ei oikeastaan mitään negatiivista sanottavaa. Paitsi todella typerät valokatkaisijat huoneissa.

Locate way back into a sub-street, however the joining sister property is very generous to share entrances / a renovation on the infrastructure in the main street makes things really difficult to travelling around. This was in June so better check about this city’s constructions before you book a hotel in Pattaya

Great, just not a 10!

My 1st time at this hotel and overall everything was good. It advertised Steamroom and Sauna, neither one was working. And the breakfast was served in a different location. Those were my only two drawbacks to this hotel. I will stay there again, the location was perfect.

Great location and will stay again next time

Great stay here. Staff were friendly. Access to multiple pools was good. Room cleaned daily with 2 free water bottles. Comfy pillow top mattress. Location was excellent, close to bars and restaurants and pool venue. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again for a great price too.

The property is basic with nothing above average. The room is run by your room key, meaning nothing in the room is running when you leave...No AC, No mini fridge... Don't expect anything in your room to be cool when you return (especially your drinks in the mini fridge). The hot water seemed to be on vacation as well only returning on the last day of my stay. The room was clean and everything else worked as designed.
