Worst experience ever. The property manager can't understand English at all and was so arrogant when we reached the property. They also took extra service charge & cleaning charges which are usually not taken anywhere else as they are included in the charges paid to book the property and they don't hand the property keys if you don't pay these charges. In fact after paying for all these charges & room tariff the wifi was not working for the whole day. Also no nearby market area around the property which makes it a bit deserted and won't recommend this property if you are coming for 2-3 days in Pattaya as everything is far & no service provider. The property's water park is good but overall not worth the money you pay.

ดิฉันอาจไม่ได้เช็คให้ละเอียดก่อนเพราะต้องมีการจ่ายหน้าห้องพักอีก 850 ดิฉันคิดว่าจ่ายครั้งเดียวคือจบเลย ดิฉันจึงผิดหวังมากเพราะไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้มาก่อนค่ะ เท่ากับว่าห้องไม่ได้ลดราคาเพราะจ่าย 2 รอบค่ะ 770 ภาษี 30 จ่ายหน้าห้องพักอีก 850 บาท เท่ากับว่า 1650 บาท ดิฉัวว่าไม่ได้ลดจริงอย่างที่โฆษณาไว้นะคะ ไม่ประทับใจเป็นอย่างมากค่ะ

Ok rum. Litet men det funkar för 2 vuxna och två små barn. Dock smutsig soffa och brännhål i lakanen i sängen. Polen ok för barn. Vi fick bara en nyckel med bricka för att ta sig in och ut i byggnaden. Vi frågade efter en till nyckel, men hon hörde aldrig av sig....Stället verkar att falla sönder sakta men säkert.

휴양지숙박으로는굿

좀티엔이랑걸어서10분거리이고나이트마켓은걷기에는먼편입니다.저희는오토바이를렌탈해서다녔기에 큰불편함없이잘지냈구여,만약자주나가는젊은분들이나오토바이없이지내야하는커플단위라면 불편할수있어요.. 가족단위의휴양이라면 특별히멀리나갈필요없이 좋은수영장에서휴양하면강추입니다 그리고입구맞은편에좀티엔에서가장저렴한 마사지샾있어서 아주좋았답니다 결론은 우리가족단위의 여행객이라면 추천하고 이리저리 만힝다니시는여행객이라면 위치는그닥좋지않아요^^

Nice spacious condo

The agent who hold the keys is difficult to get hold of. She speak little English. I.had a bad experience with her last time. She confused me to paid extra for cleaning. And tell me to go find some where else. Got to be very carefully that they try very hard not to refund your deposits..apart from that . The whole site is cozy . My condo is clean.pool water is muddy.needs to change water.location is ok. Some nice restaurant just cross the road

1) It is confusing to have separate one off service charge and cleaning charge. These should be included in the online payment through hotel.com altogether. Even with this additional chg. The price is still good but the unexpected additional create embarrassment. I don't people read every single words on the adv. 2) Staff are polite and helpful. . 2) The gym is great but drinking water dispenser, which is almost expected by everyone is not there.

The service of the atlantis condo is very bad , disappointing and unfriendly , we should prepare for the bedsheet ourselves because it was untidy , we had to pay additional charge which was not informed before {1794 baht for 2 rooms) The woman served us was very unfriendly, impolite

การบริการที่แย่มาก เจ้าของเอาแต่ได้ อยู่ 2 วันให่น้ำดื่มแค่ 3 ขวด แร้งน้ำใจ....จริงๆ แถมเก็บเงินเพิ่มอีก 946.00 บาท...รู้งี้พักโรงแรมดีกว่า มาเสียยิบเสียย่อย ห้องก็ไม่ทำความสะอาด
