"I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice."

"The first night our lock on our door stopped working, so we were locked out. They were very accommodating to get us a different room for the evening and got us whatever we needed! Very nice place to stay downtown!"

New! Walkable 2BR Boutique Condo on Restaurant Row
10/10 Excellent
"It was a perfect spot for us to stay, it was very clean, had a washer and dryer which was nice. Also we were about at most 30 min away from anything we wanted to do. The hosts were also good with information."
Cottage Park Carriage House. Rest & Explore with Hollyhock
10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed the Carriage House on a hot early fall weekend in Louisville. Location is perfect for visiting downtown, NuLu, or about anywhere else you'd want to be in and around the city. Clean, comfortable, open space, and an extra bed in one room for your friend who needs to crash rather than drive home after a night at the distilleries. Only issue we had was that given the high ceilings in the main room, cooling the place down took a while in the unseasonably warm weather. But that's relatively minor; highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if visiting Louisville."
"We had an amazing experience and if we are ever up that way again, we would choose to stay at that facility again. The only negative thing I can say about it was the a/c filter was GROSS. But my husband cleaned it and we went about our stay. "
