"Quick check in. Only issue was I called property before checking in to confirm the card on file would be charged for the deposit as my father would arrive for his room before me. I was assured it would be however when my father arrived they made him pay the deposit instead of calling me or confirming with me first. Other than that great staff, hallways were a bit hot and muggy but room was clean and comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, exactly as described and a perfect home base for a quick golf trip to Louisville. The registration/verification process was a little bit cumbersome, but I understand the interest in making sure that renters are who they say they are. The home is in a great location, just about a mile from downtown Jeffersonville and the bridge to Louisville. The neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy, but we did not have any problems other than a handful of police cars chasing someone through the neighborhood late on a Friday night. We all agreed that we would stay again due to the cleanliness of the home and convenient location. "
