"The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!"

The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive.
