"The property is located at a great spot. It's quite close to Delhi and there is ample greenery nearby. The rooms are big and spacious and the view is great. There is also a complimentary Pottery class they provide and the swimming pool also has a great view. But they don't have sound proof walls, and don't allow you to bring in Personal speakers. "Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. "
