"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart.
