There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. One thing I would flag is that service was quite slow and I was surprised to have the hotel restaurant waiter explicitly invite a tip!"

"Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful. "

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
