"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "Breakfasts were great, beach was beautiful, the room was clean and very nice. The staff were all amazing from check-in to restaurant staff, pool/beach staff, and security/shuttle service staff. "My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a long journey to get there, as we didn't get our PCR results back in time and had to cancel our flight. The host kindly and promptly responded back giving advice and feedback about the travel process. Because of this, we were able to make it on our trip! The staff is also very friendly, and the hotel is near a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend!"
