"The stay was great! The bed was super comfortable, the staff was so friendly, and it was in the best location. There was a cool wine bar downstairs, which was a fun way to start the evenings! "

"The hotel was in an ideal location with a balcony overlooking the Recoleta.
The hotel is next to bars and restaurants which were busy at night but the room was very well sound-proofed so we were never bothered by any noise.
The room was very spacious and the beds was very large and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding.
The bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower.
The breakfast menu offered much the same as other hotels we stayed in in Latin America but the quality was better.
The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful and assisted us with copying and printing documents on a couple of occasions. The reception was manned 24 hours a day and the front door was locked and needed to be opened by the reception staff which gave a good sense of security.
I feel that the hotel offered very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers."
"Great location. Clean room and helpful staff however the check in process is lengthy. One person accompany each guest to the room so you can find a bottle neck which is not great, specially when you are in rush.
Beyond that rooms are spacious, full of light and they have kitchenette and balcony.
They provide discount for the restaurant next to the hotel and they can help with transportation to the airport."
"Sileo Hotel got everything perfect. Beautiful clean room with great view in an ideal location. I arrived early and they held my bags till check in time then held on to them as I explored my last day well beyond check out. They let me borrow an adapter for the outlet and met me with grace when I embarrassingly destroyed the kettle in my room. Pool was refreshing but very small; it's more like a hot tub. They sleep have sauna, outdoor seating and a small gym adjacent to the pool. I highly recommend Sileo Hotel! "
