"There is no pool. Not needed but horrible folks staying there. Others won’t let me off elevator before they pressed their way in. No ice machine. No ice cube tray in room. No hand towels ( staff told me I had to use my washcloth or my bath towel to dry my hands). I bought paper towels to dry my hands! Roach in my room on 3rd day.. I had no food in my room to attract them. My hallway was filled with smoke on last 2 days. Someone was burning food or something like & after no staff on duty. Was afraid to go to sleep! Staff at desk left early than posted. My last time I will ever stay here!!"

"From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was disappointing. During check-in, the front desk associate remained focused on her phone and did not provide the attentive or professional service one would expect from the Hyatt brand. As I was traveling with my family of four, we were only provided with two towels in the room. We requested additional towels on three separate occasions, including an in-person visit to the front desk, yet they were never delivered. This lack of follow-through was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While the food at the Astor Restaurant was acceptable, the overall service experience there was also lacking. The host and waitstaff displayed an attitude that did not reflect a welcoming or service-oriented environment. I travel frequently and have historically preferred Hyatt properties. However, this experience was far below expectations and has caused me to reconsider that preference."

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty and rundown. Leaking pipes from the ceilings causing lights to flicker. A lot of dogs that urinate on the walls. This place used to be great until it was taken over now. It might be the worst hotel I have ever been in. It is not family friendly. It is not clean. I will say the front staff was great about refunding my money so I could go elsewhere."

"After over a week of traveling, it was great to have accessible laundry. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was a party in the room next door, which was inconvenient - but it was Saturday night and it did end at 11. Major inconvenience was having to stop at the desk each day because the keys were not properly setup to work 3 consecutive days."
