"Above ALL the staff were amazing, in my career as airline crew I have stayed in 5* hotels… it’s not the fluffy towels or six types of coffee in the room, it’s how the staff make you feel. "Can't say enough about the kind, helpful, very friendly staff! Great location. Doing well at keeping an aging property clean and attractive. My room was very comfortable and well appointed, except there was a rip in a lampshade and the toilet leaked. Pool area seriously needs cosmetic improvement; clean skylights, paint, find a better way to cover non-functional hot tub, nicer plants and decor. (discussed all this with staff on site). Fantastic view from restaurant diminished by VERY dirty windows. However, excellent experience and I would highly recommend."
