"I just wanted to raise a concern regarding the night light when using the bathroom. I noticed that it doesn’t come on straight away when I enter the area, and it also switches off before I’ve returned to bed. This makes it a bit difficult to move around safely in the dark. Would it be possible to have it checked or adjusted so that: It activates more promptly, and Stays on a bit longer to allow safe return to bed? Thank you for your help."

"I’ve stayed at the view many times for work purposes. This time I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and felt very welcomed. The lady on reception who checked me in and also checked me out after 3 nights was lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable as always. The beds and pillows are the best of all other hotels in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. "
