"Room was clean, but had some issues with TVs not working. We stayed in the grand suite but it felt overpriced for what was offered. Pool area was consistently out of towels/had dirty towels laying around the side of the hot tub. "

"Hotel was older but room and bedding was clean. The only negative was a “wet dog” smell in the room. We opened the window and air out the room which seemed to help. Staff was Amazing and gave wonderful customer service. Breakfast was good"

"Discovered door would not lock when trying to leave for supper but couldn’t call down to front desk as phone didn’t work either. Missed super reservations waiting then had to change rooms. Once got new room went for supper and came back and keys didn’t work. Ran out of milk at continental breakfast and eggs/sausages were cold. "
