Having stayed in many vacation properties my experiences have been varied. This condo exceeded our expectations and helped make for a very memorable trip to Park City. The unit itself is well stocked with nearly every item you might need. The space was very well utilized. With eight people we were worried that it might seem a little cramped, but the two bedrooms with nice king-size beds and the four bed bunkroom worked well for our families. Their was plenty of space to watch football in the living room/dining room area. I appreciated the ability to park one car in the underground garage. The clubhouse was an added perk. The location put us only five minutes from either Kimball Junction or the Canyons parking lot for the Park City Resort. We can highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.
Had a good stay at this property. Kitchen is well stocked and well appointed. Full size w/d which is awesome. Only complaint would be that the condo was a bit warm and had trouble with adjusting the thermostat appropriately. But otherwise would stay here again.
This property was very nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. It suited our group perfectly. We had some pretty significant issues though. Halfway through our 5-night stay, the internet went out (which also controlled the TV and the thermostat). Having no TV wasn't a big issue but we couldn't regulate the thermostat and it got so warm we were told to just turn it off which proved to be fine. The no internet issue that on day one was just an annoyance snowballed by day 3 as work meetings were missed and when our flights were cancelled we were not able to rebook and make new travel arrangements without leaving the house when we were supposed to be packing and checking out of the unit. John, the property manager, was kind enough to extend our check-out two hours to help with that. While the Owner was not able to schedule Comcast for the duration of our stay due to the Christmas holiday (we understand that was beyond their control), it is ultimately their responsibility and we feel a more appropriate compensation would be a partial refund, which was not offered.
The unit served our needs for a few days skiing in the area. The good: Hosts were very responsive with excellent communication. Condo was well equipped. Our coffee maker broke down and within hours it was replaced.
The not-so-good: The property in which the unit is located is OK, not very attractive but decently maintained. The unit itself is also not very attractive but functional and served our needs. The washing machine needs to be better maintained - it smelled strongly of mildew.
Everything was great! The location was close to everything we needed. The condo was nice and well equipped. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub! The heated garage with storage locked room was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place!
A lovely property with easy access to all of Park City. Parking was easy, and the property plowed the snow very quickly for us.
The condo is very modern and comfortable. It fit our group of 5 adults and 2 children well. The kitchen was our favorite part...very large and well stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans.
I highly recommend for any Park City visit!
