These townhomes feature fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas with a gas fireplace, a private attached single-car garage and a personal deck with a freshly filled hot tub that features views of ski areas, Swaner Nature Preserve and Utah Olympic Park, emphasizing flexibility and comfort.

The layout typically features a king and two twin beds (or another king bed), a den with one or two twin trundle beds, and, in select units, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate six to eight guests.
