Spacious Park City Home Ready For Your Family Vacation

New in 2019, this open floor plan merges the best in an open, mountain modern influence with cozy furningshing ready to host your entire family.

Spacious bedrooms can easily handle a crib or inflatable mattress. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The primary bedroom features a shower for 2, a soaker tub and spacious walk-in closet.

The custom designed, 2 cook chefs kitchen features Thermador appliances, including a 48" range, 36" refrigeration column and 24" freezer column, warming drawer and microwave. A temperature controls wine column, and second full beverage fridge for entertaining.

The counter bar seats 4, and the dining table easily seats 10.

Spacious laundry machines can easily handle the largest family. There are three off-street parking spaces, and the garage space will easily accommodate all your ski and snowboard gear.

The hot tub off the kitchen can comfortably handle six, and receives twice weekly maintenance.

The family room features a big screen 4k tv with Apple TV and large custom sofa.

The living room features a gas fireplace, custom furniture and its' own big screen 4k tv with Apple TV.
