Fantastic location just a short walk to the lifts - or take the bus when your legs get tired because the bus stop is right in front of the building. The downstairs ski locker made things easy before and after your ski day. Then jump back on the FREE bus for the short ride into downtown PC. The property and amenities were just as advertised. A great unit, in a great location for a great value.

Convenient access to slopes + well stocked

Harlan’s property is conveniently situated near several ski lifts and rental shops. It made it super easy to get rentals upon arrival, store them in the locker in the building, and take a short walk to the lifts. Though First Time is the closest lift, we often walked another 20 yds to Three Kings lift to avoid the lines. The house itself is spacious and well maintained. Of all the rentals we have stayed in, it was probably one of the better stocked with things you might need (ziplocks, foil, seasonings, soap/shampoo). The fireplace cranks out heat too! Harlan was very communicative throughout. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCMR

This place was exactly what I expected and better. Harlan was a very accommodating host! Answered all my questions and then some. Would definitely book here again. Be careful when using the washer/dryer combo in the condo. Use it for only your undergarments and lite loads. Full size washer/dryer on each floor. All of the convenience of home! Access to buses were right out front! Park City knows how to get people around. Very friendly bus drivers. Grocery store were a block away. Can’t wait to return!!

The location of the property is ideal. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk. PC Mountain Resort is right up the street. The condominium complex is on the 17th hole of PC Municipal Golf Course. Starbucks is 5 minutes away. Downtown is a 20 minute walk. Bus stop is a minute away / all busses are free - makes going downtown easy. Very, very clean condo. We’ve stayed at the condo 10+ summers. It’s perfect! Kitchen has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Second bedroom sleeps 4. Front room has nice tv. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great location and comfortable condo

We enjoyed staying at All Seasons and would stay there again. Communication ahead of time was excellent and everything is very clear. There’s a code to get in and instructions for everything else were great. Unit is exactly as promised and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, towels to use for the pool, soaps and shampoo included were a nice add. The ski locker is 50 feet from the bus stop and all of the buses that go by go to Park City base which is the next stop. We never waited more than 5 minutes and the ride is only a couple of minutes to the slopes. The stop for downtown park city is very short walk and the ride there is very short as well. We skied back everyday by just crossing the road and skiing across the field behind the building. Convenient location to drive in and out of and was plenty of parking underground. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing and is large. Highly recommend.

Host was very communicative and helpful in advance of our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with ample space, nice furniture, and plenty of dishes. It is incredibly close to multiple bus stops, and a very quick walk to a shopping plaza (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).
