Terrific Main Street location means easy walking distance to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and a short stroll to skiing, dining, shopping, nightlife and galleries on Main Street. One parking space is also provided. This warm and elegant condo sleeps 6. The free area shuttle stops right out the door so you can explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all the other Park City attractions.

This upgraded ground-floor condominium features a main suite with two queen beds and a remodeled bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with table seating for 4 plus 3 counter stools and inviting furniture in the living room. The decor features original artwork depicting the Park City area, created by a talented local artist. It's a perfect setting for relaxing together around the cozy wood burning fireplace after the day's adventures.

Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car.Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

Sundance trip

Fantastic location, 2 minutes from Main Street. The place was very clean and well kept. Plenty of towels and supplies. I’d highly recommend and hope I can stay here again next time.

Our condo was very nice with comfy main area &. large bedroom. Sadly, there was no natural light so it was always dark & chilly. The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The kitchen was well stocked for home cooking although everything is rather old. It would help to have newer appliances and refinish the cabinets.

Spacious Condo.. Perfect Location

We were overall impressed with the size , layout, and cleanliness of the property. The common area and lobby had just been remodeled too with new carpet, paint, walls,etc. The kitchen had a great layout, with plenty of glassware, dishes and utensils. The bedroom was good size, with comfortable beds. The only slight downside was the shower area/ toilet, the area was a bit cramped and small. We liked how we could easily walk to Main Street, and checked out the Street Faire on Sunday which had lots of food options and artwork for sale. Close drive to the Olympic Village, close to Deer Valley. Would definately stay again!

Unit 111 Park Station

The location of the property is excellent. Close to Town Lift. East access to shopping and road to Deer Valley. Positives of Unit: - Bedding was outstanding - Plenty of towels - Kitchen well stocked - Plentiful wood for fireplace - Excellent televisions Negatives (which are minor): - Shower faucet was a pain to adjust - Cheap toilet paper/paper towels. Unacceptable at these prices. - Boot tray had a hole; leaked all over the floor.

Smart TV in living area with no instructions. Toaster did not work. No Info in unit, I E TV channels, operational details. Sliding door to patio impossible to open. Strange occasional, buzzing one of the closets, locked by landlords.

Great Location

We were bumped to a different unit because of a problem with the water heater in our unit. They called the day before and the new unit was an upgrade to a larger unit. Everything worked well. Couldn't be more pleased!

Great customer service!!

Park City Lodging has great customer service! The water heater in our unit broke the second day we were there and has to take a cold shower!! In 12 degree weather!! However, the next day Kevin, spoke with us and got us into another unit, bigger with better location. Thank you for taking care of this and letting us enjoy the beautiful Park City, UT 👍

Pretty Nice for 1 Bedroom

This unit is very nice and super convenient to downtown. We stayed in early October and didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were shut down (partially my fault) so it left us with nowhere to soak. I wish the description said that bathroom only has a shower too, so i would not stay here in the spring or fall. The sink was extremely hard to do anything but wash your hands in so that was a bit of a bummer too. Pans in kitchen have no “non-stick” surface left so that made cleaning up and frying a challenge. Living room and eat in area are very comfortable. I also wish PC Lodging gave more specific dates on when hot tubs and pool would likely be closed (“please call to verify “) or I would honestly have not stayed here. I’ve been to this complex in the summer/winter and it’s awesome! The lodging manager was not very sympathetic of my concerns over the hot tub situation but in the end gave us a dinner gift certificate so that was helpful. In summary, I would rent in this complex again in summer/winter but not this unit because of pans, sink and no tub.
