Welcome to our charming 3-bed, 3-bath home in the Silver Creek subdivision. Perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends, our home offers a blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation.

Located 10 minutes from Main Street and the area's premier ski resorts, our home is an ideal base for your mountain getaway. But the adventure doesn't stop when the snow melts. In the summer, the area transforms into a paradise for mountain biking, hiking, and golf. 40 mins from the SL Airport.

Each bedroom is set up for comfort and relaxation. Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a large single-car garage provides ample storage for your vehicle and outdoor gear. There are ski racks and a boot dryer for your convenience. A washer and dryer are available in the home.

Perfect Home, 5 Star Stay

Kristine’s townhouse was the perfect location for our NYE ski trip with friends. The townhouse is located so close to the mountain base and had everything we needed. The house is super clean and Kristine ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay here 5 stars. Will be sure to stay again next time we are in Park City!

Comfortable beds! Short drive to Main Street!

Our second visit here! We had a great time! Super clean and everything seems brand new. The beds were really comfy! Short 10-15 minute drive to Main Street Park City. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.

They didnt do the best job cleaning. There were some leftover items from the previous renter and an old K-cup in the coffee maker with mold in it. Other than that, the place is new and clean.
