Please take a look at one of the newest homes built in Upper Deer Valley (Lookout). This multi-million-dollar gem is an over six thousand square foot elevator served freestanding home which comes with private Lookout community concierge service and shuttle for the stunning few hundred-yard drive to the Silver Lake Ski lift.

We love this home and hope you do as well. We would like for as many people to enjoy it as possible and our philosophy is to create high occupancy through aggressive rates. We offer many specials during the off-season so that enthusiast can experience the unparcelled outdoor lifestyle of Park City year-round in first class style.

The home we call the Buffalo lodge is 5 levels each serviced by elevator and stairs. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are master suites with full baths, while the fifth is built out as a bunk room for kids or, we suppose, adventurous adults. Each bedroom suite has luxurious 600 thread count bedding, down duvets and high definition televisions.

The house is acquainted to allow for all types of entertaining. From the large kitchen and panoramic views to the floor designated as a private movie theater with oversized projector screen for movie, TV or Netflix streaming. Enjoy the fine leather theatre seats and state of the art sound system while relaxing after a day on the slopes, fishing, hiking, biking or maybe even training at Park City Olympic Park. Or if you want to stay home, but still haven’t got your fill of the outdoors, feel free to enjoy the spa which has room for 8 – you won’t be disappointed.

The Lookout community is situated between the glorious Montage and Stein Erickson resorts and is arguably the best possible location in Upper Deer Valley with what many feel is the premier view of any home in all of Park City (please see photos. Of the 44 homes in the Lookout community this is one of the eleven free standing estate properties). Top-notch finishes throughout the home include ski boot warmers and heated marble floors. All this at a much lower price than any comparable property makes staying at the Buffalo Lodge a “no brainer”

This home is stocked with High End everything for preparing Thanksgiving Dinner or other holiday feasts to ordinary vacation breakfast, lunch and dinner in a spacious kitchen with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain. The Buffalo Lodge has more than enough room for several families to enjoy: Four Master Suites each with full bath and King Beds, Kids Room with two Twin over Double Bunks, Queen Sofa Sleeper in Downstairs family room: Sleeps 16 comfortably in beds.

This is our second time staying here. It is a great property with tons of space and very family friendly. It is also super close to Deer Valley ale resort. The owners and management are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful home!

Everything about our stay in Deer Valley was excellent! This home is huge and very versatile - we had plenty of space to spread out and loved that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the living areas were very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again during the ski season!

Amazing bachelorette weekend

The house was spectacular. Slept 14 girls very comfortably. Was clean, cozy, and the perfect distance to Main Street. Want to come back and stay here during ski season with my family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and kind. 11/10 recommend.

Fantastic house

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space for the children to play and they really enjoyed the theater room. The kitchen was well-outfitted and had plenty of eating space. The location was perfect for enjoying many summer activities around Park City.

All you could ask for!

We had a family golf trip for the boys and enjoyed playing courses around the Park City area. The home was beautiful and accommodated our party of 8 quite well. We took full advantage of the hot tub, pool table, theater room, and large family room dining table for game nights. Beautiful views and a short distance from the historic main street in Park City.

Perfect home for couples

We rented this home for a couples golf trip. It was perfect. 4 couples and 4 en suite bedrooms. Very comfortable! We also enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this home. It’s beautiful and in a beautiful location.

Spring Break Ski Trip

We had the best time at the Buffalo Lodge. The house was wonderful with tons of space for two families with 5 teenage kids. We loved the extra touches. The kids enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the theater room! It was stocked with everything and plenty of extras! We skied in Park City and it was a very easy drive! We would definitely stay again!

Girls Weekend

Buffalo Lodge was Absolutely The Best house for our Girls Weekend! The bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen was gorgeous, complete with all the amenities one may need! Host Jenny was wonderful! Check out is a breeze! We shopped PC main, went to HW Distillery & St Regis and more! Ordered the best Barbie cake from Windy Ridge bakery. Thank you again!

FAMILY REUNION HOUSING

I rented this house because it has 4 master bedrooms. I have three married adult children so each couple had its own master which is hard to find. This was all three couple are treated equally and no one feels they were slighted in he bedroom category.

Girl’s trip

The home was beautiful. We loved the set up of the home, it was perfect for 4 women to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to make meals. The only issue was check in was delayed 2 hours, but we felt is was probably due to the previous renters who left a big mess. Not blaming the management company. We would definitely recommend this home.

Nice location

House was nice. It was stocked with several items like trash bags, dish soap etc. Location was nice. We had an oversized van so parking was a pain bc it wouldn’t fit in garage and you can’t park in driveway bc it a shared drive. Had to park up hill and walk. Thankfully views were beautiful. Near several trails. One of the AC units didn’t work first day/night but the repair guy came out next day to fix. Other than that no complaints. The family enjoyed the hot tub and pool table at end of day.

We had an amazing stay at the Buffalo Lodge! The house was incredible, and well stocked. The host was responsive, and the house manager was always available when needed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for your next trip!
