Remodeled in Fall 2024, this stylish Park City studio is your perfect base—whether you're skiing, attending Sundance, or unwinding. Enjoy a king bed, 65” Smart TV, kitchenette, and EV charger (for a fee). Steps from the free shuttle and minutes from Main Street, you're close to everything. Relax in the seasonal pool and year-round hot tub (just 100 yards away). Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers seeking a mountain escape.

Located on the second floor (via one flight of outdoor stairs), our studio is stylish, cozy, and smartly laid out. The space shares walls with other units, so while most guests enjoy peaceful stays, you may hear hallway activity during busy seasons. You’re also near the building’s entrance—making access easy and quick, especially with ski gear or groceries.

You’ll have full, private access to the studio, plus shared access to the year-round hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool—located about 100 yards from your building, near the check-in office.

The facility and/or room was superb, the only issue we had was with the parking we had to park a long way away from the building we were staying in. Also, someone else in the building was cooking fish and it stunk up the whole place we had to get a candle to mask the smell. The heater was a bit problematic, but we eventually figured it out. The bed was very comfortable.

Such a wonderful condo. Sparkly clean, all the amenities needed for a 2 day stay. Town bus directly outside the building…which was great for traveling to Main Street. Hosts are very responsive.Highly recommended!
