The home was as pictured. Location to the cabriolet allowed for ease for our ski week activities. Neighborhood is quiet. We didn't explore the community facilities.
We had a very positive experience with the management team. Communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay, and everything was organized with clear instructions and helpful information. It’s clear they have a strong system in place and truly care about the guest experience. The home was well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared. There were plenty of supplies including detergent, body soap, dish soap, cookware, plates, bowls, games, and Smart TVs. The appliances were in great condition, the washer and dryer were strong, and the water pressure throughout the home was excellent. Overall, the space was very functional and comfortable.A few things came up during the stay that are worth mentioning for future guests. One of our children has sensitivities to pet dander, and we noticed pet hair in some carpeted areas. This was ultimately our oversight for not checking the listing more closely, but I wanted to note it in case other families have similar allergy concerns. We also found a couple of utensils in a drawer with some old food residue on them, which is easy to miss during turnover, and there were some visible stains on the couch that we covered with a throw blanket. In addition, one of the chairs had a broken leg when we attempted to use it.None of these items reflect poorly on the management team — they were responsive, professional, and great to work with — but they were small details we encountered during the stay. Happy to work with this company again!
Location is great, quick walk to Cabriolet lift. Condo was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Main bedroom and bathroom are super nice (didn't get a review from the kids but the other two rooms seemed great). Not the condo's fault but snow clearing equipment definitely woke us up, but I guess it's great that we had snow. Heater and fireplace worked great. Cooking equipment was good. Inside parking for car is clutch as well. The walls are a tiny bit thin so don't be surprised by that. Only noticed neighbors once though and this is the end unit so that cut it down a ton.We did have an issue entering the property every day because the keypad for the garage doesn't work when cold. The management changed the battery and that didn't help. Likely when they tested it the sun was shining on it so it worked for them, but then we would get home and it wouldn't work (and when we first arrived it didn't work so we had to call to get access to the key). Frankly this was quite frustrating. However, the service level on the phone and help was absolutely fantastic, so while I think they need to replace that or do something else (like a coded door lock) it wasn't the end of the work.I would definitely stay here again.
The condo is at a very convenient location to get to Canyons Village. Amenities are great, and service call is addressed in a prompt fashion. We would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great and convenient to get to downtown Park City and the surrounding areas. The home/condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. We were able to watch the sunrise over the mountains from the deck each morning. We would definitely stay here again.
Another amazing trip to Park City! One of the main reasons we had such a wonderful trip was due to our accommodations. Perfect location, cleanliness, roomy and inviting. The heated garage was a definite plus as we were getting dressed for a day in the slopes! 💯
Everything was excellent with our stay except one detail. The hot tub is 110 and took two days to heat up. Someone with the management company should have known this and turned it on well in advance of our stay. As it was, we were only able to use the hot tub two of the four days of our trip.
We had a wonderful time in Park city. Unfortunately there was no snow but we were able to drive over to Brighton which was an easy 50 minute drive and the boys got a few runs there. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. We were there for Thanksgiving so we had no trouble finding all of the kitchen supplies to warm up our turkey dinner. The Wednesday night before Thanksgiving we had an issue with the oven and the management company had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes, they were great! We enjoyed having full access of the garage so we could charge our car and put our stuff in. Many of the condos that I have rented you do not get access to the garage so that was a plus. The spot is located through the garage and once you’re out there has a beautiful view. There was construction going on across the street but it didn’t bother us because it was Thanksgiving and they were off the Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The only negative thing that I have to say, and it wasn’t that big of an issue, would be that the sofa is not the most comfortable, they will probably be replacing it in the next year, for sure. It was like something in my sons college apartment. I wish we would’ve brought a few pillows from home actually to prop ourselves up. This condo is an end unit so there were lots of windows and lots of light. Location was great too. We would definitely stay here again!
Overall a great visit and nice convenient place to stay. Clean and nice and a positive experience. Since Im assuming the owner and property management company read this i would make a couple of suggestions:
1. Include a garage door opener as it is cold out and seems ridiculous to have to pay this much but then have to use the code to open and close garage every time we pull in and pull out
2. took almost 24 hours to get someone there to fix tv when we arrived...with a large management company overseeing this they could have been a lot more responsive and helped us get comfortable upon arrival....when they finally did come they pointed out that the manual which explained how to work the technology had not been updated and that the remote controls were wrong and improperly labeled....attention to detail matter and i would suggest updating manuals.
Overall a definite 8 out of 10 and a nice clean place that looks just like the pics
informative check in and check out, property management was readily available , condo was comfortable, clean and accessible, garage fit large SUV, quiet area, very private.
This property is very nice and all our emails were answered promptly. It was super clean! WiFi was great! Kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. Very close/walking distance to the canyons and a quick drive downtown. The spa was nice and great after a long day of hiking. The community gym is terrible so plan on working out outside. The 4 different types of ellipticals are a joke. Also the construction is very loud and starts at 7am Mon-Sat so don’t plan on sleeping in once the loud slamming of concrete begins. Overall great house.
