Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City's charming historic district. Rio Grande 203 is at the nexus of everything Park City offers, located at the base of both the historic district and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. Walk in/ walk out to Historic Main Street or ski-in/ski-out* to Park City Mountain. Win. Win.
Guests access Rio Grande 203 through a semi-private foyer. Upon entering the condominium, both a unique accordion window and feature fireplace wall grab your attention. The luxury kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and seating for up to 8 at the dining table and 4 at the island.
Luxury and comfort can co-exist beautifully at Rio Grande 203. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for six, Rio Grande combines splendid décor and furnishings with comfort in the private residence and among the common spaces.
The main suite includes a king-size bed, private gas fireplace, and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, that can be made into a king-size bed with 24-hours advanced notice and an en suite bathroom. A shared half bathroom is located in the hall.
The shared rooftop deck is like no other in Park City. Featuring a hot tub, bar-b-que, fire pit and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter's sunsets, listening to summer's quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town's traditional Fourth of July fireworks show tops the building. If you catch a chill, the social lounge just inside from the rooftop deck is the perfect spot to wind the evening down.

The only thing I didn't give 5 stars for was the accuracy of the listing. Honestly - the place is much nicer than the pictures show. Very spacious. Nicely furnished and easy check in / out process. If I had any complaints, I'd say, I would appreciate an 11 AM check-out over 10 AM. And I would suggest some darkening curtains in the front "master bedroom" with the balcony. When the sun's up, you are up! Loved the accommodations and would definitely recommend for a family stay. Plenty of space and nice to have the laundry facilities as well.
1 small issue: i had trouble controlling the temperature. It was March and the rooms got a bit warm.

Unbeatable location
Beautiful place literally a few steps from lift and a couple of blocks to main street, rented skis right outside the condo where I could store them over night...
The condo is huge, excellent taste, kitchen fully equipped, I mean this could be a 5 star hotel if only they would change the quality of the sheets, toiletries and mattresses....
I stayed too little to really appreciate and use the place...

Great Location and great condo
The place has a great location and is very well decorated and finished. The kitchen has everything you would expect. TRULY SKI IN / SKI OUT (note you have to start with the Town Lift, an older slow speed lift but no lines ever). The biggest negative is the very small hot tub on the roof which we only used twice because it was too crowed fast (can only hold 4 people comfortably) and always smelled badly.
Our condominium was not cleaned one of the days and it took the management company so long to respond that it was too late for it to get cleaned. I would certainly recommend the place for up to 6 people (assuming 4 of them can stay in king beds).
They came and separated the two king rooms for us after hours the day we arrived. The place was nicer than the pictures which is RARELY ever the case. Location is unbeatable. They even made the beds each day. Will DEFINITELY book my next trip to a Park City Lodging managed property.
