Lakeside is a premier 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bath townhome located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley. This exquisite condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. A short walk or complimentary Deer Valley shuttle takes you to the ski lift access. There is also a free area-wide bus service from the front of the neighborhood that offers access to Upper Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, historic Main Street, Utah Olympic Park, and shopping at Kimball Junction and the Park City Outlets.

This stunning townhome features a contemporary interior, with high-quality furnishings and art, a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, an oversized balcony with a gas BBQ grill, and sweeping views. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Offering seating for at least 8 people, with a large 3-person breakfast bar plus a dining table that comfortably seats 6, this property is ideal for a family reunion.

Great stay for Deer Valley

We had a great time here with our party of 6, including 2 kids. Very conveniently located for Deer Valley skiing, and a very comfortable, well kept property. We would happily stay there again!

Perfect Ski Week!

1725 Lakeside is a great place to stay. The Deer Valley Guest Shuttle which picks you up at the door of the townhouse made it so convenient to get to the mountain. Add the fact that we had snow this week and you have the perfect ski week!

Beautiful condo and an amazing location

This is our second time we have stayed at the condo. The kitchen is well appointed and the living space is cozy with the fireplace. The communication was smooth, responsive and easy. The location of the condo is perfect and the included door to door transportation to the mountain is incredible. Love this spot.

Great townhouse in a great location

I stayed in this property with my husband and two young teenagers for our yearly ski trip. The location couldn’t be beat. It’s one stop away from Deer Valley via bus - Snow Park Lodge. Last year we stayed at another Deer Valley location near the Silver Lake lodge and although the property was lovely, the minimal change in elevation (compared to this location) was noticeable. We are coming from Florida, basically at Sea Level, so it takes us a little time to adjust. I would highly recommend this property! The community pool, although it’s not something a Floridian would dare to do this time of year, was nice. Our son contemplated with getting in and it was quite warm, definitely warm enough to swim in even though it was snowing. The pool area also had a large hot tub and sauna. We would definitely return to this property in the future!

The location and accommodations were perfect for us! We were on a girls fall weekend trip and all wanted our own space, plus a space to hang out and this checked all the boxes. The hosts were very communicative with us throughout our stay and the vrbo had everything we needed for the weekend. Would be a perfect spot for a ski weekend in the winter!

Great location and nice rental

Super convenient to Deer valley. High end, quality finishes/furniture/kitchen items. Lots of space. Only thing I can say that was a slight negative was that there is only one thermostat, so the upstairs bedroom tends to stay hot and the basement bedrooms were quite cold (we stayed in the winter).
