This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is about as close as you can get to a ski lift at Park City Mountain. This is a top floor unit that looks out right out over Homerun!

With a view right over the ski school check in spot (where our girls also went sledding in the evening), the location can't be beat. The beds were comfortable, the condo was well appointed, and we plan to book again next year. Communication with property manager was great - we landed earlier than check in time and they were quick to respond and able to accommodate our early arrival. No issues at all during our stay. There is a laundry room on the floor, but I do wish the condo had a washer/dryer of its own. Likely to rebook for 2026!
Best location in Park City Mountain right at the base. Come down, put on your skis, and get on the lifts. It wasn't clear in the listing just how close to the lifts you are. In addition, the condo was very nice with lots of drawers in rooms to put your stuff in. There was an elevator in the building which is a big plus when you have your boots on and carrying your skis. Overall, everything was great.
The property was clean, modern, spacious, air conditioned, safe, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Walking distance to Park City Park and Main Street. Very close to grocery store and Starbucks. Our group stayed there during the summer and the location was perfect for hiking, biking, and exploring the mountain. Chris was awesome. Would love to stay at this location again. 10/10
The location in the village is great. There were adequate kitchen utensils, towels, coffee filters, paper towels, dish detergent and Palmolive. Instructions for how to use everything and the newer remodel was also nice. However, we’ve stayed in a lot of ski rentals and below are my recommendations to make the stay even better.1. Provide a sponge for scrubbing the pots. They aren’t nonstick pots and cleaning them is a chore. The cleaning company can throw it away and provide a new one for the next family.2. Access to a broom and pan for cleaning the floor3. Under amenities it says washer and dryer. Unless you click on details, you don’t know it’s a community washer and dryer that’s coin operated. This is a game changer for me so next time, I’ll look in the details. In addition, there’s only one washer and one dryer for the entire floor. 4. Access to some basic seasoning - salt and pepper. There is literally nothing available in the kitchen which means you have to literally purchase everything to make meals. I know this isn’t guaranteed, but we have always had access to basic seasonings left over from previous renters.5. Provide two blankets one for each room. We need the to cover the leather sofa that gets cold in cold weather.6. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom has a bathroom downstairs. If you are a person who wakes at night needing to go, be prepared to walk downstairs.The bathtubs were awesome along with the size of master bath and bedroom. Overall it was
Best location in Park City Mountain Village. Literally walk out and you are on the lifts. Second year in a row we stayed there. Host is very easy to reach and accommodating.
We appreciated the closeness to the lifts and the ease of taking breaks during a period of long lines. The condo was exactly as advertised. The free bus to the market was welcome.
This condo couldn’t be closer to the lifts. The manager was accommodating and accessible. As was clear in the description and photos, the focus was on cleanliness and functionality rather than charm. It was very quiet—no apres-ski crowds or music despite being right at the base. A very comfortable condo and great experience overall.
This property provided everything we needed during our 4 day stay at Park City. Place was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and two teenagers. It has living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living room and master bedroom have mountain view. Very short walking distance to Payday and Crescent lifts. We drove to Park City and this location offers an underground parking. Chris, our host, has been very good at answering our questions in a timely manner. Overall we had a great stay, thanks to Chris and his place right at the heart of Park City Mountain Village.
Stayed here with wife and two kids for spring break ski trip. Condo was great, roomier than pictures showed. Nice remodel. Weather was super warm, so the snow was slushy, but the condo and location were perfect. We rented gear from the shop downstairs and they also valeted the gear so we literally rode the elevator down, grabbed our skis and stepped out onto the snow. Will be looking to stay here again next year.
This is right in the mix of Park City. You can see the lifts from the condo. It was surprisingly quiet as well. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in!! Plenty of room in kitchen and family room area and the kitchen is well appointed.

Honestly can’t get a better place to stay on the mountain! Everything is right there for you - skis, lifts, food & the Main Street area is a quick bus ride. Condo had everything needed with a laundry area located in the building. Communication was easy with the property manager. Only negative was the family staying in the condo next to us was a bit loud.
