You will be within walking distance of the base of Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street where you can experience plenty of shopping and restaurant options. After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in your private 4 seat hot tub located on the back patio.
This three- level features a spacious 2500 square foot with 4-bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that easily accommodates 6 adults and 3 children.
Kitchen: Start your day in the kitchen, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the Slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a gourmet dinner at the day's end. You will enjoy all the top-of-the-line appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Your fully equipped kitchen also features a gourmet coffee maker, perfect for lattes and a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, butcher's knife block and a blender. The eat-in kitchen features a dining table set for six and bar seating of three at the island. For convenience, a half bath is located behind the kitchen area.
Living: The open layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen into family room, with a gas fireplace to warm the atmosphere and where your family can relax on the sofa, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen smart television. The surround sound system elevates your entertainment experience. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the upper level features a handsome king-size bed, sleeping two. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and easy step in shower.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the upper level features a grand king-size bed, sleeping two. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, and easy step in shower.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, sleeping 2 with a custom-built desk which allows for homework or working remotely to be done quietly. Attached is an ensuite bathroom with an easy walk in shower.
Bedroom 4: Located on the lower level is a handsome built-in children's bunk bed, full bed on top, twin on bottom, and a pull-out trundle, sleeping 3. Complimentary games, books, and bean bag chairs makes it fun for everyone. An ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combination makes it complete.
Parking: This home features a private garage parking for 1 car and heated driveway to park an additional car. Street parking may be available, first come availability.

This was a great property to stay at. Everything you need to be comfortable was in the house. We enjoyed the living area and spent most of our time in front to the fireplace. we had 6 adults and there was ample space for everyone. We will be renting this property again next year.
We traveled to PC from Philadelphia in search of a cozy white Christmas and we found it! This attractive, modern home is roomy and well appointed. The location is perfect for walking to town restaurants and the lift. The skiers in our group enjoyed skiing Deer Valley. The non- skiers loved snow shoeing, trail walks, shopping and eating! Our hosts were extremely responsive. Five stars!
We had the best stay at this house on Empire Ave we were walks away from town lift and the park city resort lift. We could walk or a quick ride to all of the restaurants downtown and the house was amazing. We had 2 3 year olds with us and the house was equipped with everything we needed form plates and cups to sound machines and sleds! I highly recommend

We arrived with snow falling which made for a perfect and memorable multi-generational family vacation. The home was beautiful and well maintained. We found everything needed for a 5 day stay and lots of extras. The kitchen and main level was well equipped and the center of sharing during our stay. Our son-in-law loved the espresso machine. The kids who saw lots of snow for the first time really enjoyed having their own bunk room. Our adult children each had their own rooms - the guest book and signs of information made finding and using everything on the property easy. We used the hot tub while snowflakes bounced off our faces. This was perfect spot for our snow-cation!
