Nestled near the Silver Star Ski Lift with ski-in/ski-out access, Silver Star 1305 is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Park City condo that sleeps 10. Enjoy windswept days skiing, hiking, or biking, followed by lively nights exploring Main Street—only 5 minutes away. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and on-site cafe. Close to silver star lift!

We had a great stay, place is very close to silver star lift. Seems to run most of the time. Our last day it broke for the morning. But ran the other 3 days. We just took the free shuttle to base. Otherwise the place was well appointed in the three main bedrooms. One problem though - two bathrooms (shower faucets) were broken upon arrival. They are not easy to figure out so I’m guessing the people renting before us messed with them and broke them. They came out the first night and fixed one. The other one took a few days To fix which was very annoying since we filled the entire place but we shared the shower with one of the other couples. The kids room has no closet or place to put anything. Def needs places to put suitcases and bags. Bathroom is very small for 4 kids. We had 4 kids and it was a problem. They would have shared with us but our shower didn’t work the first few days. The shuttle was great and free. Great place to hang and gather after a day of skiing. We even cooked a fair amount, which went great. Well stocked, would suggest they add aluminum foil, Saran or baggies.

Amazing property!!

This condo was huge, beautiful, and perfect for our adult family of nine! The seating in the living room and dining table were great for our group and the private hot tub was such a bonus and big enough for 8 of us at a time. The view was wonderful and it was only 3 minutes to the ski resort. Loved it!!

Nice place, good management, not ideal for summer

The property was immaculate, some of the instructions to access the property were incorrect which created some frustration after a long drive. However, the management team was always quick to respond and very attentive. This unit is not ideal for Summer as the Master Bedroom is on opposite side of the house of the air handler. My partner who is always cold was sweating at nights so we slept on couch first night. Management brought a portable AC the next night and that helped but it was still uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the gym amenities were only available at 7am. I would stay again, but only in the winter time.

Convenience away from the Mountain Base Crowds

We had a group of six adults and loved this condo. It was extremely convenient to getting on the mountain with the ski shop and Silver Star Lift right next to the condo. Truly ski in ski out. The condo was great with all the space and amenities we needed. The concierge was great in handling any needs we had, and we utilized the complimentary shuttle service every night to take the short ride to Park City’s Main Street restaurants and bars. Had a great trip and the condo was a big part of making it great,
