Walk-to-Ski Historic Old Town Cottage with Sauna

  • One of Park City's oldest buildings, the historic Mary Shea House has been painstakingly restored to preserve its mining heritage and offer the best of modern luxury.

    Situated just four doors up from Historic Main Street and a very short walk to the nearest ski run, this home is perfectly positioned to offer the best of everything Park City has to offer. The historic coal shed has been converted into a sauna.

    An addition next door shares one small bathroom wall with this cottage. While you may see other guests outside the house, each unit is completely private, with separate entrances.

    The sauna is private to this cottage, with the exception of rare times our family stays next door and might use it.

    This home includes one off-street parking spot.

Great location and a well kept cottage

Easy access to surrounding ski resorts, and a quick walk to Main Street. Well kept, cozy cottage, appointed with all basic necessities. Look forward to returning.

Spring Break ski trip

This was a fantastic place for our family to stay while skiing at Park City. Very clean, inviting, comfortable and process was seamless. Great communication with host. Access to ski resort, restaurants, shops all less than 10 minutes. Overall..everyone was happy!

Wonderful stay for our Spring Break

House was great!!! We had everything we needed for our stay. House is close to everything!!! You can walk to a lift, walk downtown, walk to the free trolley that will take you to the ski areas. Host was awesome!! Easy check in and out process!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

The house was excellent. Has everything you need and the location is perfect, just a block away from Main Street. As the pictures show it has a wonderful historic feel with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful renovation of a cool old house.
