    Welcome to our beautiful 5 Bedroom Prospector Park City home.

    **PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
    Gorgeous Park City Prospector area home. Recently remodeled. 5 Large bedrooms will accommodate up to 12 guests. Perfect for a couple of families to share. Close to the free bus route.

    **LOCATION**
    Located in prospector neighborhood, in a quiet residential area.
    Great location downtown within minutes of Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort. If you are coming to town for Sundance this is location for you. A couple mins walk to the Prospector Lodge showings and easy access to main street via free public transportation.

    **GETTING AROUND**
    The free bus stops near our property, just a short walk away. You may want to bring a car to this location but not totally necessary.

    **AMENITIES**
    We have large screen TV's, a Private Hot tub, WIFI, Private car garage and much more! This is a great rental to bring two maybe even three families.

Fantastic home!

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The house is perfect and in a nice quiet area. Super easy to drive to the mountains for skiing. Park City Host runs a class act. Will definitely rent from them again!

What a Stay

12 family members gathered to ski. Close to bus stop, great clean and working hot tub, heated floors, plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. No complaints at all!

This was the perfect home for our family of twelve. The home was very spacious and comfortable. There were large areas to gather and plenty of space to spread out. Perfect for a ski getaway

This house was perfect for our group of families. Great location, updated house with comfortable bedrooms, a hot tub, WiFi, even a massage chair (you don’t know you need one until you use it!). Thanks for an awesome stay - would stay here again! Note first floor bedroom has been converted from a daybed to a queen bed.

Fantastic ski vacation in PC

How was huge, clean, well provisioned, and super close to PC and Canyons. Would highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back and stay again. Pro-tip: park at the canyons premier garage near the town square. It’s only $25 and super close to the gondola.

Park City Feb 2023

This property was outstanding! Check in process was extremely simple and the house was very clean upon arrival. We were a party of 7 and had plenty of room. The house is large and so is the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and property is a short drive to all restaurants and attractions in Park City and surrounding area. Neighborhood is quiet and the heated driveway and house floors were a great bonus. Driveway also had room for at least 2 large vehicles and possibly a third. Bathrooms are very spacious with steam shower. We will likely stay here on future trips.
