This place was perfect for our girls trip! Location was great and easy to walk into town, rooms were spacious and nice bathrooms! Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking at staying in Park City!
We had an amazing stay. The host communicated with me prior and during the stay. The location was close to Main Street and the lift. The house was very well stocked and well suited for all of us. I would highly recommend this host and this house. We all had a great time in Park City.
We had a lovely stay at 1177 over the weekend. We had 8 adults staying in the space and there was plenty of room for us all. The hosts were very proactive, the townhouse was as advertised, and it was exactly what we were looking for. You can't beat the location to Park City Mountain Village and town--both very walkable. We were able to get around easily without a car and were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommend. Great for large groups of friends or family.
There were 9 of us in the party and the house provided good accommodation for our needs. The location was within a relative short walk to the ski lifts; the only draw back were the steps down to the road which were icy and in poor condition. (not the landlords responsibility)There was a good response from the property manager to our call for some additional house keeping supplies. The only issue was the need for someone to check the crockery as there is a need for some items to be replaced.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Solid Place, minor issues
Great place to stay, big, mostly clean, as advertised (except hot tub). I would definitely stay here again.
A couple issues:
1) hot tub is very dated and needs to be replaced; 3/4 of jets (like 12 total jets) work but falling apart. It looks like a "box store special" hot tub.
2) Needs new paint job, crude in corners of walls and ceilings, especially in bathrooms.
3) Water pressure is terrible.
4) Blood on comforter wasn't pleasant, cleaning crew needs to do better.
The place was solid and a great location, seems like easy fixes.
The location was great and easy for us to walk to the slopes. The living area was comfortable but the layout of the couch didn’t take advantage of the view of the mountains and there was only one chair on the front deck.
No chairs out back with the hot tub and grill either.
The kitchen had plenty of large sized pots and pans. Could use a spaghetti server and a few other gadgets/storage containers for those that like to cook and serve.
A night light or two would be helpful.
Not sure about the free ski rental. It was in a location that was going to cost the rest of us more per day than using the epic pass discount. It is all a hassle to try to figure out.
Amazing location and great communication from host.

Park City 1177
We loved the location and the home layout which worked well for our family. There were good bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms as well as a large kitchen and family congregating space. It was only a short 3 minute drive to the PCMR ski ares. The only issue was WiFi speed bogged down and we could not get good television connectivity and no one in the household had internet access. Likely a lower speed option selected with infinity and easily corrected.
The house was in excellent condition - plenty of towels, comfortable beds, newer/upgraded appliances, and a well equipped kitchen. The hot-tub is on the smaller side (3-4 at most) given the house sleeps 10 people, but was clean reasonably private. Walk to Payday lift base area was about 2-3 blocks, walk to the base of Town Lift was about 15 mins and several sets of stairs down and back up to the home…it’s a bit of a workout!Parking is challenging if you have a larger vehicle. We had 2 full size pickups and neither fit inside the garage. Our group was 3 dads and 4 teenagers for a 4-day ski weekend and it was plenty of space and enough privacy.
We had a great stay over the holidays. Better if you’re skiing Park City (we were skiing DV). Small inconvenience that the fireplace didn’t work but the handyman was attentive and skilled despite a busy schedule. Overall the place was a gem.
