This 4,000 sq ft home is settled in, Solamere, one of the most sought after locations in Deer Valley and can accommodate 19 guests. This private ski lodge is not only gorgeous as it stands, but has recently been fully remodeled by one of Park City's top designers. Enjoy the Brand new extended deck, new oversized jacuzzi under the stars with outdoor television, 2 outdoor fire pits, built-in outdoor heaters- you can watch a movie while it’s snowing! BBQ and new modern outdoor furniture! Spectacular views, centrally located ; only 7 minute drive to Park City's Historic Main Street; 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort! You can’t go wrong!

MORE ABOUT THE SPACE:

This home includes complimentary access to the Deer Valley Ski Shuttle, offering a wonderfully convenient transportation option. Guests can easily request rides between the home and Snow Park using a dedicated app. Operated for the convenience of our guests, the Deer Valley Resort skier shuttle provides transportation between participating Snow Park area accommodations and the resort's Snow Park Lodge.
The shuttle operates daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Great Place for Groups and Families

This home was immaculate, had everything you could want (appliances, outdoor living room, hot tip, etc) and was close to Main Street and the ski slopes. The hosts were very responsive and available. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this home for those in large groups or families (very family friendly!).

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

Such a perfect home for a family holiday get together. Great layout, comfortable beds with nice sheets and bedding. Very well equipped and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family and friends loved this house. We had three generations, and everyone had a great time. The outside space was perfect for afternoon drinks, and the kids loved the downstairs den and bunks.

Family Vacation in Park City

We are a family of four adult couples and 7 children ages 1-8 and this house was perfect for us all. We all had our own spaces and the Rest of the house had great gathering rooms. The kitchen was amazing and was stocked with all the basics you could need. The backyard was amazing and the kids had fun sledding down the little hill… highly recommend this house !

Great house, highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this house and we’re already trying to figure out how soon we can return! We had a large group (four families with pre-teen kids) and the house was perfect. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating, but we also had zero issues during our stay that required their attention. We skied Park City and it was very easy to get to, but Deer Valley is accessible too. 10 out of 10. No notes!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home!

I absolutely loved my stay in this home, and so did my group of 16 friends! Every detail is up to date, modern, and sparkling clean. The home is spacious (indoor and outdoor areas) and perfect for a large group. The hosts are incredibly gracious and communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

Christmas in Park City

The house and neighborhood were wonderful. Comfortably fit our family of 11 including kids, grandkids, grandmas, etc. Great kitchen and living space. Great views including deer, moose and wild turkeys. We enjoyed it.

Beautiful and well kept home

Luxury Living in Deer Valley Mountain Home

This trip was our second stay at this gorgeous home that is perfect for large groups and families. The kitchen has gourmet appliances and cookware, fully stocked with nice amenities. The outdoor areas have new fire pits, heaters and the tv and hot tub add a luxury touch to enjoy beautiful views. Inside the fireplaces, tvs, beautiful bedrooms, kid friendly games check all the boxes for guests with discriminating tastes! This home deserves five stars and the owners are very responsive to guests’ needs! We hope to return!

Great Location with Excellent Service

This property was located a short 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The home was clean and had all the basic amenities for a large groups. The property managers were very clear and concise with how to utilize the outdoor space. There were gaming stations, pop-a-shot & fusbal table for kids to play with after a full day of skiing. The beds were super comfortable with extra bedding for individual comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishware for all the guests. There were 2 large common areas to spread out into. The internet was fast and reliable. We will certainly return to this home. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was a great property for our family of 11 during our stay in Park City, Utah in early August 2025. The check in process was easy and the kitchen facilities were outstanding. House is very well equipped with baby gear, cooking supplies (even has an instant pot!) and basics like coffee, spices, etc. Tabitha was wonderful and extremely understanding and kind when my kiddo broke something in the house. Fabulous House

Ten of us went for my dad’s 80th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect house!!! The hosts were very attentive and available if needed. They had so much space to relax, a great stocked kitchen and plenty for the kids to do! Highly recommend this place and would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This is our second time staying in this home. It is a beautiful space, beds are comfortable and amenities are great. Location is quiet and so close to Deer Valley Mountain. The kids love the game room downstairs! Great hosts, incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Park City home with wild animal sightings

This home worked well for our family of 12 which included 5 couples. There was plenty of space, a great kitchen with a nice long table which we used for meals & to play games. The home is in a beautiful setting where we enjoyed seeing wild turkeys, deer & even a moose with a young calf.The owners were very responsive when we needed extra supplies & additional trash removal.We highly recommend this location.

Great Location

Amazing stay! 2 families with kids enjoyed the spa, outdoor space and game room. We loved the evenings with the fire pit on, watching 6 turkey's fly into the trees to sleep for the night.
