The property was perfectly located and offered easy access to hiking trails. The size was perfect for our family; with 2 older teens. The hottub was nice and while we were the only ones with access it did not offer a lot of privacy. The kitchen was by far the best we have had with lots of supplies; spices and dishes. The washer and dryer were also a huge plus!!! Highly recommend!
The property was great and we loved the location. We have been to Deer Valley 5+ times and will be staying here again. The beds were super comfy and the humidifiers and fans provided made it easy to sleep.
We loved our stay. The lodge was great, the hot tub may have had too much chemical in it since we all got itchy after using it, but overall, it was a great stay.
The property was cozy and in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and view of surrounding pine trees. It was walking distance to hiking trails, and only a few miles from downtown Park City.
Wonderful condo in the heart of Deer Valley, but pretty dated. Could use some updating. Great underground parking, located next to elevator. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Located on ground level next to busy, main road.
Cozy clean property in a great location. It had everything we needed. Master mattress seemed new and quite comfy. Hot tub was easy to use and had fresh water in it. Great water pressure. Common room was very inviting and comfortable.

Great location
Very comfortable condo for my family of four. Super close to ski rental and lift, underground garage was great. Being able to text with management company made it easy to ask/answer questions. We would definitely come back.
Thanks
Comfortable and cozy condo for a girls getaway. In the off season so was very quiet area overall. There was some renovations happening near us but only one day seemed on top of us banging around.

Property is worn
Location is fantastic. The property is very worn for the price. Could use new carpet and updates to furniture and bathrooms to make it worth the price. Property management excellent in dealing with correspondence..

The rental in Black Bear Condos was perfect for us. It was nicely equipped and the right size for a family of 4. Added plus was the hot tub.. Used it at least 2 times a day.. Deer Valley is absolutely beautiful this time of year. The condo was easy to access and the ITrip instructions were right on the money. We will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay at this property! The kitchen was very well equipped, the sitting area is beautiful with a full wall rock fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after long days of hiking and fishing. It’s in a great location just outside of Main St., Park city. There is no air conditioning so we kept the windows open at night. Luckily the temperatures dropped enough to cool it down somewhat. A fan for the master room would be really helpful.
We would definitely stay here again!

Good but not great
The positive- great location, about a football field to and from the lifts. Very cozy decor. Very easy exit and entrance from the street. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Good gas fire place. Maintenance was very responsive to a clogged toilet. The areas in need of improvement- kitchen needs to be restocked, no baking sheet? Limited kitchen supplies. A very small investment would go a long way on this. The carpet needs to replaced as it has numerous stains and the showers need the grout cleaned so it can be free of mold. The internet was terribly unstable. It appears all the units in the building use the same provider with the same password. But this unit (108) doesn’t have an access point. So, you sign in to whichever unit comes up. Yes you get in but the internet is slow and unstable. This is very inconvenient for all the obvious reasons. In summary not bad for the cost considering the location. Some small improvements (kitchen supplies & better internet) would go a long way.
Spacious condo at a beautiful resort with tons of fun.
The check in instructions were crystal clear. The condo was super clean and soooo cute. The beds were comfy and the condo was actually bigger then I thought it would be. It was very well stocked as well.
I would have given this 5 stars overall despite the few issues I had. However there was construction (LOUD) starting at 6am. I booked this condo for my husbands birthday and we brought along our one year old and her babysitter. Which was super extravagant for us. I had saved for months to be able to pay for everything and all the fun stuff. Like the condo, babysitter, horseback riding, private ATV tour, big meals, and all the other fun stuff park city and deer valley have to offer. It was upsetting to be woken up at 6am to shaking and hammering and grinding from the unit directly above us as well as on the street and right next to us. We couldn’t just put in ear plugs because we had the baby.
I would ask about construction because it seemed it was going to continue for a while. If that were the only thing I probably wouldn’t mark down my review.
However the elevator right next to our parking space did not work when we arrived. It occasionally worked two times during our whole stay but had a strong smell of electric burning.
Lastly, the pictures of the hot tub made it appear that it was more private. I didn’t mind the units next to us even though our patio wasn’t private but shared with the unit to the left of us, not even a divider. But it was right on the road.
