**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Brand new remodel completed Nov 2022. Just in time for the ski season.

This recently remodeled studio is ideally located steps away from the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Minutes to Historic Main Street, shopping and entertainment. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the pool or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day skiing. TV offering cable and smart TV functionality. Amenities include: free shuttle stop that takes you anywhere in town, year round heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, underground parking lot, and ski lockers. Sleeps up to 4 people, King bed plus Queen sleeper sofa. The perfect mountain condo for anytime during the year.

**LOCATION**
Just steps from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more! Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Its only a 5 minute walk to Historic Main Street. 1.1 miles to the Egyptian Theater and other Sundance Film venues.

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside the condo. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. When you rent at this condo, you won't need a car. All shops, restaurants and retail stores are within walking distance. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively throw the skis on your shoulder and its just a short one minute walk to the ski resort.

Comfortable, well located, cozy

Absolutely loved spending a part of our honeymoon in this suite. It was exactly what we needed after a busy wedding week. We enjoyed walks to the downtown area and mountains around the lodge. Everything in the room was clean, organized, and easy to use. Such a great experience - thank you!

The Perfect Place

This was such a gem! We were so fortunate to stay here since we did a last minute booking in 2023. We walked to the slopes with ski gear. Jumped on the Free Shuttles to Main Street and were in walking distance to the grocery store (10-15min). It is a $17 uber from the grocery store home so be aware that is essentially the minimum charge during the Christmas week we were there. RENT YOUR GEAR FROM PARK CITY SPORT. It beats all others by hundreds of dollars and it is a 5min walk into the shopping center on the mountain. We would love to make this spot a traditional rental into future years! Enjoy
