After a day of skiing or shopping and dining on Main Street, come home to this comfortable and affordable studio condo at The Prospector. Great in-town location, only 1 mile to Main Street. 5 Minutes to all 3 ski areas. A variety of restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. A seasonal pool and year-round hot tub are on the property and free for guests.

This condo is completely remodeled with flat panel TV, slate floors in kitchen/bath, granite counter-tops, gorgeous cabinets, stone fireplace, and more! Everything is all new. It's beautiful, and is truly a haven after a long day in town or on the slopes.

This condo sits in a perfect location in Park City. Close to everything: 5 minutes to Main Street, all 3 ski resorts. Park City's free shuttle stops at the property to deliver you anywhere in town. This is a Sundance screening location too!

Don’t want to take out your own trash? Our housekeeper will take it out for you for $10 per bag. Large dumpsters are located at the end of each parking lot.
Leave the parking pass in the room. There is a $25 replacement fee charged by the development for lost tags.
Keys can be left in the room, or in the drop box by the building exits.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect for our family

Great location for a week long ski vacation, super close to Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley and within an hour from the cottonwood canyons. The place was clean and had great amenities. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing.

September 6 night stay. Excellent proximity to PC, Five Seeds, and my son who lives in Silver Summit. Very clean. All needs met - from dish detergent to excess towels. One exception: trouble with TV connection. Owner responded quickly and when not resolved I let it go since I was rarely there. I suggested he check it before next visitor. Room no ready at check in time, but very shortly thereafter.

Great place to be for skiing

We stayed at the condo for seven days and it worked great. Convenient, great, hot tub, and the bus picks up right out front for the ski slopes. House is responsive and worked out great!

great location in Park City

This was the perfect place to be in Park City, as it is right on the red bus line and accessible to the town, mountain, trails, and activities. We stayed in the summer and had easy access to many hiking trails and the rail trail behind the condo.
