  • Welcome to Canyons Village – Bettah Ski Park City Home Away From Home! Unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location at Canyons Village at Park City Resort. Unique fun: sledding is right next to the property! Relax on the private patio with an open view, BBQ, and seating. Unwind in the community hot tub after a day on the slopes. Community pool is available but is closed in winter. Perfect for your mountain escape. The unit can accommodate 6 guests (adult) or 4 adults + 4 children.

    MAIN LIVING SPACES

    Designed for warmth and connection, the main living area features comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and many windows overlooking beautiful open space where kids can sled right outside the home. The open layout creates an inviting environment for everyone to relax together, whether you`re unwinding after a long day on the mountain or enjoying a slow, peaceful morning indoors. The living room also includes a full-size sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Newly added blackout high-quality shades in the bedrooms and semi-dark shades in the living area ensure a comfortable and restful environment.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals of any kind — from quick morning coffees to hearty après-ski dinners. It includes a Keurig single-serve coffee maker, coffee grinder and drip-style coffee maker, milk frother, a hand mixer, blender, crockpot, and convenient storage cabinets/shelves. The raised countertop features three stools, perfect for casual meals or keeping the cook company. The open design allows the cook to stay part of the conversation while others gather in the dining area or relax by the fire, making mealtime both simple and social.

During warmer months, guests can enjoy nearby golf, tennis, and scenic hiking trails starting right from the lower parking lot. Community amenities include a shared hot tub and sauna available year-round, along with a pool that is open during the summer; guests have access to the surrounding public open space around the pool. A complimentary shuttle is available upon request, making it easy to explore the canyon villages and Park City without needing a car. 7-Eleven is just a 7-minute walk away.


    Guests have full access to everything the home and community offer. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out convenience right from the property, as well as access to the shared community amenities, including the hot tub and sauna, which are available year-round. The community pool is also open for guest use during the warmer months. You’ll also have access to the private deck with gas grill and sitting area, and the surrounding public open space around the pool with a fenced public sitting area that you may chill in and order food to be delivered to.

    During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle (provided by Canyons Village) makes getting to and from the lifts and village center effortless. With 7,300 acres of skiable terrain just moments away, you’re perfectly situated for both adventure and après-ski.

    In the spring and summer months, enjoy free outdoor concerts, beautiful golf courses, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and so much more—many of these activities are located just across the street or within a very short walk.

    Park City’s free bus system and on-demand shared transportation options make it easy to explore the greater Park City area without needing a car, including Main Street, Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and other local attractions.

    Public Transportation: Other than taking Uber, Lyft, or a taxi to and from the airport, no car is needed during your stay. Two complimentary transportation services are available for your convenience:

    Shuttle App: Request a ride to the mountain whenever needed. Drivers are very kind and helpful with skis and children.

    Public Free Transportation: Just a 7-minute walk from the unit, the Canyons Junction stop provides free bus service in both directions:

    To Kimball Junction for the Outlet Stores, Whole Foods, Walmart, and more (10–15 minutes).

    To Park City’s Main Street, with its beautiful shops, restaurants, galleries, and attractions.

    However, if you choose to come by car, parking is limited to two vehicles. Parking tag is provided and can be found hanging on the key holder near the kitchen stools. Second parking tag is upon request.

    The shared pool is available during the warmer months, yet it is covered during the winter.

    Security Deposit Policy
    A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

    Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

    Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out to prevent attracting wildlife. Any damages to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.

    Parking: Please park in the parking lot—2 cars only. The parking tag is located on the key holder near the kitchen sink; place it in your car and be sure to return it before checkout. Vehicles without a tag will park at their own risk. Lost tag is subject for $250 additional charge.

    Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

    The fireplaces are available for guest use—please do not leave them unattended.

    Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it quickly. Prompt reporting may prevent additional charges.

    A $200 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
