  • Beautiful updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo With Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Walking Distance to Multiple Ski Lifts & Main Street. Free Park City Bus Stop in Front of Complex Gives You Easy Access to Everything Park City has to Offer. Steps to ***Heated Pool and Spa***. Indoor Sauna is Also Available as Well as Indoor Parking. Master Bedroom Bathroom is En-Suite With a King Bed and New 28" ROKU Smart TV. Second Bedroom now has a Brand New Queen bed and One Twin Bed So Couples Can Sleep Together in the Same Bed in the Secondary Bedroom. The Condo also has a Keurig & a Regular Coffee Maker.

    The Living Area is Very Comfortable and Has a New 55" ROKU Smart TV and a Sleeper Sofa.

    The Kitchen has Been Recently Remodeled With Granite Counter Tops, Large Island That Seats 4 and Stainless Steel Appliances.

    Dining Area has an Expanding Table that Can Accommodate 8.

    Hot Tub is now open year round. Also, pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and when Park City Mountain Resort is open for the Winter season. Dates TBD. Shoulder Season (off season) pool is not open per Edelweiss HOA. Please inquire with management with questions. Brand new gym facility on first floor of Building A. Please note that property does not have central A/C but has a portable A/C unit and several fans for summer.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is located literally across the street from the Park City resort so the location couldn't be better. The space was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the way our host kindly helped with questions we had about ski hire and restaurants ahead of the visit.

Loved everything about my stay!

Best location - right across street/parking lot from base camp, walking distance manageable for 8/11 year olds in full gear/carrying boards. We used our car to drive into town for dinners &shopping etc. fantastic restaurants in town. Loved the hot tub and also the fireplace! Highly recommend

Condo is clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for the hot tub. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest chair lift. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The location is ideal, the place felt like home and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Park City. This condo met all our needs. The pool was largest we’ve had with past condo rentals. The unit overlooked pool with nice balcony. We could either walk or use free bus to anywhere in area.

Great location!

The location of this condo is key, you can walk up the hill through the parking lot to First Timer lift or wait 5mins for the bus that runs right in front of the unit and ride it for 30seconds to get to the main crescent or payday lift/ticket area. Another bus from right out front takes you to/from Main Street in like 10mins. It has a hot tub and heated pool steps from the condo door. Standard condo unit - cute - beds were comfy- second bedroom has a queen and a twin which was great. Gas fireplace is nice. Living room a smidge small but good for us. Great communication and someone nearby to help with stuff like extra toilet paper if needed. Great ski trip!!

Park City Visit

Nice, older condo in great location if you are skiing…ok if you are not. Portable AC unit kept the living area cool but not the bedrooms. Condo is very dark not like the photos on website. Master bath was not white glove clean and drain in sink was clogged. Our last day the nice cleaning people came at 10 and we were not ready to leave because checkout is at 11. They stayed on the porch and waited…it was a little awkward.

Great Location for a Ski Weekend

We visited Park City for a 3 day ski weekend, and this condo was perfect for our group of three guys. The mountain is a short 3-5 minute walk across the street and a parking lot, so it was easy to just walk back to the condo to take a break or get something. We were also able to easily walk into the main downtown area (10-15 min) to visit the restaurants and bars, though we could have taken the bus if needed. The location was perfect. The unit is right next to the hot tub and heated pool so that was super convenient after a long day on the slopes. The unit itself was clean and exactly as described. It is a compact unit, but we didn't feel cramped at all, plenty of room to spread out and the two bathrooms were nice to have. The unit ran a little warm for our tastes, but that wasn't really a problem. We also didn't have any issue with noise or outside sounds as others have commented on. It was a perfect unit for what we needed, and would highly recommend to others looking to visit Park City and who prioritize being walking distance to the mountain.

We came to town for our daughter's wedding. We were near her and every other guest. Parking was great. I wish I would have stopped at the condo before the grocery. The place was very stocked. Cooking oils, spices, hair dryers. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper. Towels, hair dryers, fans. The list goes on. It is more like a ski cabin than other places I have stayed but since it almost sits on top of the ski lift, I think it is perfect for the skier. I am not a skier, I was in town for a wedding. I slept great. The younger crowds were fun to watch from the balcony, yet the place was very sound proof. We did not hear much of anything once inside. I would most definitely rent again. My daughter who lives in Park City and is an avid skier, said it was the perfect location for a group of skiers.

Good location. Bad environment

Really enjoyed the location. Easy access to everything. Place is clean, but noisy because the doors squeak quite loudly, so it was impossible to be quiet in there. Top and bottom neighbors were loud until around 3am. All three nights we were woken by loud parties a couple doors over, and men brawling, even on Monday. Two of those nights, the police came, and it really made a racket when they were trying to deal with 25-30 partiers at the same. One night a panic alarm went off for an hour and woke everybody in the complex up. If not for the neighbors, this would be an awesome place. It’s well taken care of and well equipped. I’m sure that not everybody is going to experience this kind of thing, but something needs to be done because it was absolutely ridiculous and we didn’t sleep the whole time we were there
