Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Bear Hollow condo!

**CONDO OVERVIEW**

Located in the amenity-rich Bear Hollow complex, this is the first time the condo has been on the rental market. This unit has been fitted with all brand new furnishings, linens, and appliances. Before your arrival, the condo will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team. Make use of the hot tub, swimming pool and gym located in the clubhouse across the street from the condo.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
A Queen bed in the master with a pull out sleeper sofa plus a private bathroom with more than enough storage for clothes, suitcases and more.
Second room with a king bed.
Third Bunk room with a Twin XL over a queen bed.
**LOCATION**

Located in the Bear Hollow complex, you are a short drive away from shopping, groceries, and leisure activities at Redstone shopping center. You will need a car in this location. Ski resorts are located just minutes away with Deer Valley Resort and Park City Ski Resort within a 10-minute drive.

**GETTING AROUND**

You will need a car for this location. Parking is outside of the condo and in an underground garage.

**AMENITIES**
The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected to WiFi and cable TV in the main room and two of the bedrooms. For use during your stay is the Bear Hollow clubhouse, Included is an outdoor pool (summer only), a large hot tub, and a gym.

Skiing with the boys

Nice condo. Perfect for two adult sons and myself. Great kitchen with good equipment. Since it snowed pretty much the entire time we were there the indoor parking was definitely appreciated.

Favorite Condo in PC!

This is the second time I've stayed in this condo and it never disappoints. Only a 35 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport and less than 10 minute Uber ride from downtown Park city. The bus stop is a five minute walk from the condo and takes you straight to the mountain and is easy to use and free. The condo is clean and roomy, and the host and property management team were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to staying again next year!

Great location across from the pool. Condo as described. Well stocked and nice place to come home from after a day of playing in Park City. Our grandson loved the twinkle lights on the bunk beds.

Worked out well

The condo was clean. The kitchen was very complete with lots of cooking and baking pans . There are a few starter spices in the pantry which was nice. The location was idea for skiing in Park city or getting on I 80 to the Big and Little cottonwood canyons. I would book again.

The unit was well-equipped and is in a good location. There were a few minor cleaning issues (a couple kitchen items and extra blankets were dirty) The main issue is the the condo smells of cigarette smoke.

Could not have been better!

I really cannot say enough about how perfect this townhouse unit was. I stayed here with my 19 yo son and his friend but it could easily accommodate 8 people. The location is great. Three minutes to tons of shops, supermarket and restaurants in Kimball Junction. 7-8 minutes to canyons, 15 minutes to Park City for skiing(no traffic). It was a holiday week so we did have some traffic but we accounted for this each morning). The unit is incredibly well stocked with tons of linens, kitchen supplies etc. It was sparkling clean, has a heated garage and is a one minute walk to the clubhouse for the use of the hot tub and gym. the check in/check out process was a breeze and the property manager made themselves readily available, even tough we never needed them. Large new W/D was great for our ski vacation. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again

Convenient and comfortable.

We love Bear Hollow for its convenience to the UOP. The condo was comfortable and in nice shape. The kitchen was well stocked and it worked well for parents and teens to make a few meals.

Great spot!

Awesome spot if your looking to ski/snowboard park city with friends and family and then hang out in a hot tub after. Very close to downtown park city and only and not a long ride to snow basin too! You cannot beat the price for what you get!

family getaway

Love Park City and this lodge. Great location for hiking, biking and easy access to outlets and to main street. Well kept condo and grounds. The only thing bad was that the hot tubs were not available.
