The room you have occupied measures approximately 15 m2 (including bathroom). We're sorry if you felt cramped. We are sorry to read that your room, 416, did not live up to your expectations. I can confirm that room 416 is one of our Double rooms equipped with a bathroom, for two people and measuring almost 12 m2. The photos on Expedia reflect the type of room we have but are not contractual (It is not guaranteed that you have the room which is on the photo) but you have This type of room. Hello Anonymous, We are sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations. Regarding the size of our rooms, these are clearly specified on all of our partner sites. Do not hesitate to choose our larger superior rooms. Being located in a Haussmannian building, we have to do with the architecture of the building which does not allow us to have a larger elevator door on the ground floor. But the door is normal on the other floors. Finally I confirm that our hotel is indeed a 3 star certified hotel. cordially

Regarding the size of our rooms, for information purposes, our superior rooms are 5m2 larger than our standard rooms. Our Reception is open 24 hours a day with a receptionist or a receptionist present throughout the day. So yes, during peak periods, there may be a few people in front of you and you have to wait a few minutes! But it's a bit like when you wait at the cash desk of a shop, etc ... :-) Looking forward
