Extremely disappointing. The apartment was sparsely furnished with uncomfortable worn-out furniture; the dining room table had chairs that were too low for seating, and the table itself was cracked and in bad shape; the floor had several areas were the wood was either cracked or spaced so poorly that we also tripped twice; one toilet could not handle more than urine, the other toilet had to be repaired while we were there; the kitchen faucet was broken and had to be replaced while we were there; there was a water leak in the apartment that affected downstairs neighbors, so or water was off, meaning we could not follow through on dinner plans for the evening; we were not given instructions on any of the appliances; while the handy man was very nice, we needed to give up several hours of our vacation to let him in and wait for repairs; one of the "bedrooms" was without a closet; VRBO Guarantee was worthless since the Customer Service workers were of no help in trying to resolve the issues. In short, the apartment was so in need of repair and clean-up, that the only good thing was the location.
