Place was advertised at the time as a 3 bedroom, but only has one. Downstairs unusable in summer; too musty. Payments were not handled through Vrbo, and I never got my deposit back despite running through hoops with the property manager.

TERRIBLE -- If it were possible I would have given them a negative rating. The apartment was the worst place I have ever lived in with my family. Our kids hated the place. They have a basement which smells of MOLD. - They did not give us a way to access the keys at check-in and we had to wait outside for several hours until some neighbors came to our rescue and contacted the owners. - The apartment was dirty, noisy and most things inside broken. - The property manager was absolutely un-accommodating and rude and was only interested in knowing our check out time. - MOST IMPORTANT - it has been over 5 weeks and they have not returned our $1000 USD security deposit. I have emailed them DAILY and still waiting. I have filed a complaint with Expedia who asked me to work with VRBO and they are NO help (they all keep pointing fingers to one another). I WOULD NEVER recommend any one stay at this place in Paris or any property managed by this company #Room4Me. They will NOT return your security deposit.

Check in was easy and house was overall ok but Both pool ques were broken, and found a used condom on the floor when we walked in. Won’t be staying here again.

Une escroquerie

Attention Room4 (société propriétaire du logement) sont des escros. Caution à 4 chiffres à payer pas juste bloqué pour une nuit (abritel interdit de mentionner le montant). Ensuite impossible de récupérer la caution! Ça fait 1 mois que j'envoi des mails, appels afin de la récupérer mais rien à faire. Room 4 sont des escros, regarder les avis sur internet. Concernant l'appartement: draps sales, billard et babyfoot inutilisable.

Great apartment option for group in Paris - close to transit

The apartment was super cute and quite well equipped, and also relatively close to multiple metro stations which made transit around the city easy to use. The basement was cute however, had a damp smell to it so we were unable to use the downstairs level with the games tables at all. There is also a couple great cafes for breakfast or lunch nearby!
