Beautiful 61 sqm apartment, only lit by a glass dome, on the ground floor without vis-à-vis. Place having been renovated to a high standard: Large space under the dome where you will find: 







  • Open kitchen fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, teapot, and everything needed for cooking. 


  • Large living room with two sofas including a setting for two adults. coffee table, HD TV, internet and cupboard. Roof windows. 


  • dining area  with a large table for 6 people, 3 chairs and a bench.


  • First bedroom with a bed of 160 * 200 cm, cupboards, dressing and office space. window on the living room. First shower connected to the first bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.


  • Second bedroom with a bed of 140 * 190cm, dressing and storage. window on the living room.

Very Clean Apartment, we have everything we needed. Good Heating system for winter weather, close to grocery stores like Eataly, Carrefour, few steps away from the nearest metro. Apartment has 2 shower room and 1 separate toilet, Sala is huge for Paris. Location is very safe and close to Notre Dame Cathedral. Host Gregory is helpful. Property looks like just newly re painted.

Very central location with lots to see and do. Property was clean and well maintained with two separate bedrooms. Very convenient. Gregory was excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent spacious apartment in amazing location

Apartment was ground floor. Very spacious for Paris. Perfect location. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Super clean. Would stay here again.

Wow!!!!

What an amazing place!! The apartment is incredible and spacious. 5 of us fit comfortably for a family vacation. Communication was so great and the check in process was very easy. Highly recommend this place, the apartment is just stunning and the location is fantastic. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Ideal Location

Apartment was tucked away from main road and very quiet and peaceful. Agency met us at the property and spent time to provide details about apartment. Very close to metro line and easy walking area in the heart of 4th District. If you like gelato, be sure to visit Mary's which is at the corner of the next block over. Truly enjoyed our stay in Paris and would recommend this apartment.

Don’t think twice. Nice comfy two bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. Two showers, one toilet, great kitchen. TV and cable Netflix. Great area of Paris. Close to everything.

Very spacious apartment with large living room. Lots of natural light. Easy access on the ground floor but in the rear of building so away from street sounds. Busy area with lots of shops and dining options. 5 minute walk to Rue Rivoli and 15 minute walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. A greeter met us outside the apartment to let us in and explain things about the rooms. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

WONDERFUL!

The listing is honest and straightforward. Check in- so easy. We checked in on a Holiday. We were very kindly accommodated. Heads up, when they say be quiet, be very quiet at night. We returned home around midnight, talking at a normal volume, working on opening the door and we were asked to be quiet. We are very thankful to have stayed at this location! It was great walking distance to the metro, quick walk to all things life… groceries, wine, clothes, cafes… Caution with small kids. Only because of noise. Loved this place! Loved the service!

Good location - that’s all

Dark, lights didn’t work, no amenities what so ever. No working coffee maker - poorly stocked kitchen utensils. Contacted property manager but no response. Held hostage for security deposit which seemed excessive. Would not recommend except for location. Very hot with no way to open any windows. Pictures online are deceiving.

Average at best

The location of the property was great, central located in the 4th arrondissement and a short walk to the Metro station. Plenty of restaurant options and stores close by. We did, however. note a few issues. First of all, while there are two showers and sinks, there is only one toilet. The property is listed as accommodating up to 6 people- while this is accurate are far as sleeping arrangements. A property that accommodates 6 people should have more than one toilet. Also, the shower connected to the master bedroom was extremely small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. Also, the check in process was not convenient to say the least. At all other VRBOs we’ve stayed, the instructions to access the property (key pad or lock box code) were sent to us in advance, which makes check in stress free and accommodates our schedule. At this property, we were instructed to call the property manager when we arrived for him to meet us there. The last thing we wanted to do after an international flight was play phone tag with someone and wait outside the property for him to arrive. When he did arrive, he was rather rude and reprimanded us to pay better attention while he gave us a short tour of the unit. A better practice may be to leave a binder with instructions on using appliances, etc. for the guests as opposed to verbal instructions which many travelers are not likely to remember after a full day of travel. Three stars for the location, but the rest of the stay was mostly a disappointment.

Clean and great location

Property was as expected from the pictures and description online. Great communication and easy check in and out procedures. The description does say there isn’t air conditioning, but there really aren’t any windows either. There are two skylight windows that open and there are three small fans available. It was fine for our stay, but if it were really hot, it could be a problem for some people. Overall, great apartment and great location.

Great Location in the Marais

The location if this apartment was absolutely phenomenal. We went as a family of four and had enough room. Note that the rooms do not have windows and it does get hot in the summer - there are fans but not much ventilation. Make sure to buy the kits, this apartment does not come with cleaning supplies. There are plenty of groceries stores nearby to get salt, pepper, sugar etc. When we stayed there was an issue with both bathrooms but the owner very promptly had someone come to look at it once we left.
