This sumptuous apartment is located a few minutes from Bastille and the Marais. It has been recently renovated by a renowned architect.
A real neighborhood life awaits you, you will be in the center of a multitude of activity, museums, shops, artist studios but also bar and restaurants on the street itself, not to be missed!!

The apartment is located on the ground floor, the arrival in the apartment is through a private entrance from the street.
Our apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and flat screen, an open and equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Convenient location

The location is really great and easy to get around from there. A great bakery right around the corner. We didn’t realize from the listing or pictures that the apartment was on the ground floor and is a former store front literally on the sidewalk. The bedroom was fairly loud as people were coming and going through the building door right outside the bedroom beginning at 6am and we couldn’t open the bedroom windows as it they opened into the community courtyard. We also didn’t love the shower set up as it soaked the entire bathroom floor each time you showered and we had to request extra towels just to keep the floor dry. One of the amenities that drew us to this apartment was the washing machine but there was no drying rack provided.
