Everything was nice but the property does NOT have A/C (air conditioner), I went in October so it wasn’t that bad but how in 2025 you can rent a property with no air conditioner. Also, make sure you bring your own plug adapter cause they do not provide it and you won’t be able to charge your phone. Transportation was accessible, pretty nice neighborhood with a lot of food options and there’s no need to spend money in uber cause you have a subway station just in front of you that can take you to the downtown (Eiffel tower) within 35-45 minutes (faster than driving your own car).

First, our flight was delayed. We landed at 645 and I could not call to let them know we were not going to make the 7 pm deadline for check in…. What they fail to tell you is the front desk/office people leave at 7 pm! Someone called us from the front desk asked for my email and said she was going to send an email with instructions on how to get in and they would see us in the morning. I said please wait we are 30 minutes away., The neighborhood is on a bad area (my fault for not researching a bit better) our uber driver was amazing. As she went out of her way to contact someone when we got there so that we could check in, she even took out bags to our run and showed us where to go. The building smells like roach spray. There were stains all over the carpet in the hallways. The breakfast consisted of cereal and a basket of fruit. Then there smelled like something was on fire in the breakfast room (weird because there are NO HOT foods). Our room was infested with ants. The metal bar that holds the shower head was coming out of the wall. There are no safety handles for getting in and out of the shower. I would not recommend this place at all!!

It was a great experience. The room was clean and has a kitchen with an oven and a macrowave oven, so we could buy some food in the market and eat at the room, making the trip much more cheaper. The metro is literally in front of the hotel. The girls at the reception speaks english very well and are very friendly. The cast dont speak english so if you need any assistance and you dont speam French you should ask to the reception (that is not 24/7).

Beaucoup de difficultés initiales pour accéder à l’hôtel : - pas de grande enseigne permettant de le distinguer des immeubles voisins - le GPS nous indique une voie piétonnière sans possibilité de stationner -Au bout de plusieurs tours du quartier on trouve le Parking municipal payant (cher ) sous l’arrêt des bus . Parking très mal indiqué. -l’accueil’est fermé samedi à partir de 12 h et dimanche ! Puis quand on a trouvé à pied l’entrée de l’hôtel tout s’arrange - accueil sympathique par l’agent de sécurité qui nous donne la clé - place de déchargement des bagages rapide devant l’hôtel - studio équipé ancien mais convenable et très calme sur cour Les plus de cet hôtel: - proximité du métro Église de Pantin - proximité des bus - proximité des commerces - carte d’abonnement pour le parking que nous avons pu obtenir à l’hôtel lundi matin seulement ! On a dû payer plein tarif samedi et dimanche puisque l’accueil était fermé -un petit parc pour promener mon chien Conclusion : la communication est difficile, les avantages de l’hôtel ne sont pas expliqués mais lorsqu’on a pris ses marques on est satisfaits de notre séjour… J’espère que ce témoignage va pouvoir vous servir !😀

Décevant, vraiment, acceuil froid , chambre délabré a tous les niveaux, sols , plafond , porte . Nous avons été dans l'obligation d'y resté pour notre événement a proximité et nous en sommes dégoûté. Mauvaise odeur qui remonte des canalisations, bouche d'aération grasse et pleine de poussière. Courant d'air toutes la nuit . La salle de bain n'en parlons pas , du noir du jaune dans la douche ,sur les murs .... Brefs nous sommes dégoûté et ne referons plus confiance au photos.. nous demanderons une visite de la chambre a l'arrivée. Cette réservation nous a donné une bonne leçon...

客室は清潔で過ごしやすかった。キッチンがついていて一通りの調理道具もあるので便利。 バスルームは他の人も言っている通り異臭がして少し不快だった。洗面台のソープサーバは壊れていた。 チェックイン時間より早く着いて荷物を預けるという、他のどのホテルもやっているサービスがなくて不便。 場所はメトロが目の前でスーパーも近くにあり、それほど遅くなければ安全だと思う。 ランドリーがあって便利だが、アプリ操作なのと、一歩間違えると2重請求になったりと英語仏語ができないと大変かも。(私は何とか返金してもらった)

La struttura, a pochi metri da uno degli ingressi Mètro, presenta in uno spazio ristretto, tutto il necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'appartamento sono buone, in linea con gli standard. Qualche piccolo problema con lo scaldabagno (acqua calda) fortunatamente risolto tempestivamente da un tecnico, ma in generale siamo soddisfatti delle sei notti trascorse. Consiglio per chi cerca una soluzione rapida e senza pretese.

L'accueil était bien Niveau propreté vraiment c'était pas du tout ça et avec un enfant c'était compliqué limite ma maison me manquait 😅. Arrivée à notre étage l'odeur était bien désagréable et la chambre aussi j'ai du acheté une bougie parfumée que mon mari était bien content d'avoir. Les voies d'aération sont très poussiéreuses. L'appartement en lui meme (lit meuble appareil emplacement des pieces) n'était pas mal mais pas très moderne. Si c'était à refaire non je le referais que si j'étais bien coincé. Ca ressemble plus à un plan de dernière minute. La laverie également pas propre et même les machines à laver ne le sont pas. Cest très dommage. Les transports en commun sont très proches ça au moins et il y a des resto et autres commerces au alentours. Vraiment pour la propreté j'insiste faites quelques choses ça rendra le séjours plus agréable merci

Estadia de 17 dias. Apartamento pequeno porém funcional. Cama boa. Banheiro muito pequeno mas com agua quente e bom funcionamento. Cozinha com o mínimo necessário. Muito próximo do metro. Equipe simpática e prestativa mas com horário restrito. Se for chegar fora do horário entre em contato antes para conseguir o codigo senão não consiguira entrar.

Muito mau.

A única coisa boa no quarto era, felizmente, a cama. Confortável o suficiente após um dia a andar. A casa de banho era pequena mas o chuveiro era minúsculo. Quase não nos conseguíamos mexer, para além de ter uma cortina improvisada decadente, nada higiénica que deixava passar a água toda e a casa de banho ficava toda molhada. Os cantos da casa de banho estavam quase podres e a desfazerem-se por causa da água. A porta da casa de banho tinha de ficar sempre fechada, pois era um cheiro horrível sempre vindo de lá… um género de esgotos constante. Na reserva do quarto estava descrito limpeza diária, mas assim não foi. As limpezas lá são semanais.
